The episode begins with Michael and Rafael discussing Xena as they stand on a huge rock looking down at earth. Michael informs him that she will never burn out of hell voluntarily. Rafael reminds him that when she killed KOH-King of Hell (metas someone...can’t remember how to spell his name) she became him and ruler of hell, stating he knows the rules, that she belongs on that throne. Michael reminds him that when Xena was in hell once before she nearly captured heaven. Rafael tells him that they have to do something and just not leave her on earth with pure evil streaming out of the porthole. Low and behold...their help arrives standing on a rival rock! He is another archangel who exudes arrogance. He’s confidant he’ll be promoted to seraphim because of his faith and devotion. Michael wants to know how he’ll achieve that and he informs him, "by throwing Xena down into hell myself." Michael reminds him that Xena has the power to destroy angels and he confidently instructs him that she’ll use that power unless he sends her to hell. Michael looks upwards, mulling over his decision and looks back to him, "very well...proceed." The archangel disappears and Rafael adds that he may be the right one for the job, which Michael agrees, adding, "he just may be perfect."

Back at Cyrene’s Porthole to Hell Resort, Eve informs Gabrielle that the great evil is coming; that she can feel it and Gabrielle suggests that it might be because she’s standing so close to the porthole to hell. Eve informs Gabrielle there’s a reason for it staying open, that’s it’s waiting for something. The arrogant archangel appears informing Eve that she is correct...it wants her mother. Gabrielle asks why he’s there and he tells her to do what Eve knows in her heart what must be done. He tells them that because they are both on the same side she at least deserved the courtesy of a quick goodbye. Gabrielle and Eve look worried and run away to find Xena...realizing that’s whom he’s there for.

Xena walks up and grabs some village chick that is petting Argo II, telling her to get away from her horse. She begins to braid AII’s mane and the villager offers her service to Xena after everything she’s done for their people to restore Cyrene’s tavern. Hmmm...I guess they like having hell in their town huh? She’s very enthusiastic and eager to join the new ruler of hell...Xena. Eve and Gabby run up with Gabrielle informing Xena, "we’ve got a problem." Xena doesn’t bother to turn around and sarcastically asks, "Let me guess it’s huge and potentially devastating," as she continues to braid AII’s mane, unfazed by their worry. Eve and Gabrielle are surprised that she knew that and look at one another astonished as the archangel appears. He informs everyone he’s destined to become a household name after he sends Xena to hell and draws his sword to her. Xena’s intrigued and smiles, dryly responding, "So it is huge and potentially devastating," She draws her sword and adds, "goody," before charging him. He throws a green fireball at her knocking her on her back and holds the sword at her throat.

Eve steps up with Gabrielle behind her stating, "As Eli’s messenger I tell you this is wrong." He informs them the problem is Xena’s selfish refusal to assume KOH’s throne, but heaven is fortunate that they have him on their side. Xena has a sly grin on her face as he informs her she has a steaming porthole to get to and raises her chin up with his sword. Gabrielle draws her Sais’, twirls them and readies to fire them as he shoots a fireball towards her, causing the three of them to jump back. He tells Gabrielle that he wishes her no harm and Xena using her Meg/Xena voice replies, "That’s surprisingly decent coming from one who’s so guilty of indecent exposure as she looks at his family jewels. He looks down and Xena kicks him away from her, jumping to her feet. They are sword to sword now and he states that he exposes nothing and Xena retorts, "except your abundant pride," as she looks down at his crotch again and they begin to fight. He reminds her that the pride she accuses him of is a mortal sin and Xena agrees that it’s one of the seven deadly’s in fact and that she understands him wanting to keep it a secret being an angel and all, quite tauntingly I might add.

They continue to fight and Xena of course, defeats him. She is hovering over him and tells him, "Because I’m a generous soul, I’m going to make sure that Gabrielle records your household name for all of posterity." He informs her his name is Lucifer...oh, no not him! She tells him it has a nice ring to it, kind of like a death note and draws her sword up to kill him, but the opening scene stops her! Aahhh! Once the opening is finished stealing the show we find out it was really Eve who did it! She reminds her that she can’t murder a servant of God. Xena’s got a crazed look on her face with her sword drawn above him and turns to Eve asking, "Was he serving god when he tried to send me to hell?" Gabrielle says ‘no’, but Lucifer says ‘yes’ and sees Xena’s crazed stare fall back upon him. Eve explains that it’s not always possible for mankind to always understand or interpret god’s will. Lucifer shakes his head yes and Xena’s not pleased at all, but she lowers her sword. He tells her she has a dilemma because he’ll try to kill her again. She smiles wickedly stroking her chin with her fingers thinking and informs him that’s what she’s counting on, as it’s been dull since KOH has been gone and offers her assistance for him to get up saying, "Come on Lucy, I won’t bite," as they stand up. She puts her arm around his shoulders asking, "You don’t mind if I call you Lucy do you?" which he replies ‘no’ and she says, "Lucifer, Lucerooni, big Al," as he’s smiling and makes his wings disappear into his back. Very cool by the way!

Xena’s impressed and says, "Good trick. Let me buy you a drink," which Lucifer is reluctant to do and she coax’s him on with her arm still draped over his shoulders, "It’s alright, I know the owner," She sarcastically replies as they walk away. Eve’s able to see into Xena’s heart which is turning black and Gabrielle asks, "Who was that?" of which Eve replies, "The cancerous evil that has taken root within her heart and is this very moment destroying her soul." Eve and Gabby try to warn Xena, but she tells them they are overacting and basically has no time for their nonsense. Gabrielle tells her that evil is seeping through hell and it’s coming from that porthole, straight to her heart. Xena is mockingly looking between her and Eve shifting her eyes as if what Gabrielle is trying to tell her is nonsense. She reminded me a lot of Meg with her facial expressions. Eve informs her that she’s not descending to KOH’s throne voluntarily, but it’s coming up to claim its Queen. Xena isn’t to interested in what they are telling her and is filling a basket with fruit and wine. Xena says, "You mean its rightful ruler," and Gabrielle adds dryly, "That’s you." Xena tells them, "Not if I can find someone else to take my place...him." She replies, referring to Lucifer as they watch him entertaining himself with the items on the bar.

Gabrielle asks how she’s going to plan on making him see the light and Xena smiles devilishly (pardon the pun) and says, "By showing him how much he’s going to love the dark." Eve informs Xena, "Eli says to corrupt another, is to corrupt yourself." I guess Eli’s been telling her this in prayers because she sure seems to know more about Eli’s teachings than they do and they traveled with him. Xena explains to Eve that, "Fruit rots from the inside out and it’s not called corruption if you just peel away the layers to expose it’s rotten core," as she motions towards Lucifer then turns to Eve sarcastically asking, "Unless you want mommy to go to hell?" Eve says, "No," like a little child and watches worriedly as Xena walks over to Lucifer. Xena invites Lucifer on a picnic and is basically seducing him. She gives him wine to drink and tells him she doesn’t plan to leave earth. He’s definitely turned on and intrigued by the mortal temptations earth has to offer.

Eve is pulling an Eli in the square preaching to the villagers, but the people begin to argue with one another, much to Eve’s dismay. It wasn’t what she was trying to preach. Eve sees that all of their hearts are turning black and the villager from earlier in the episode informs them a man is looking for them. Xena continues to seduce Lucifer with all the earthly temptations of wine, food, and is stroking his ego trying to convince him to join her and leave his service to God. Virgil is the one looking for them and they see a group of people fighting. Gabrielle sees an injured man and thinks it’s Virgil, but it’s someone else. Virgil walks up and sees Gabrielle helping the injured man saying, "You look tastier than I remember." In a sick, disgusting and arrogant way. Gabrielle asks if he’ll help her and she tries to get the guy up. Virgil kicks him in the face and Gabby pushes him back angrily asking, "What are you doing?" Eve informs her he’s following his heart. Virgil is laughing and truly digging his evil side. He keeps putting his hands on Gabrielle who continues to push them away.

Xena is back in the bedroom after her lovely picnic with Lucifer and she’s on the opposite side of the curtain changing. You see her silhouette in the background. She informs him that they have so much in common and Lucifer sarcastically answers, "Of course we do, you’re a mortal female with a lying tongue, savage tendencies and a blonde girlfriend and I’m a celibate, archangel in the service of the lord," as he is checking out a dagger he has in his hand. Wow! What a great line about Xena having a blonde girlfriend. Oh, but wait...there is more to come. Lucifer hides the dagger under the pillow and Xena tells him he’s hit two of the top seven sins within the hour that he has been on earth. Xena seductively approaches the bed in a red gown and she is looking deliciously hot! Ooh, it’s time for my nitroglycerin pills for my faint heart! Aah...Okay. I’m ready to continue. I must agree with Lucifer...red is definitely her color. She gives him an Egyptian massage, no doubt something she learned from being Cleopatra!

Gabrielle is shocked by Virgil’s demeanor and he explains that the word is that with the fall of the gods, Xena is about to take the reigns of power and he’s going to pledge his life to her mission and that he’ll be doing it with Gabby by his side. He puts his finger under Gabby’s chin who’s not sure what’s going on. Eve is looking at Gabrielle skeptically. Lucifer wants Xena to teach him more about his earthly lesson and she rolls him onto his back, eager to please. She straddles him and leans down, grabbing the dagger he was reaching for and holds it to his throat throwing it to the floor. Xena tells him she wants to be his salvation and he’s trying to fight off the temptation and Xena offers him everything, which is what she wants for him. He’s seriously thinking about her offer, but walks out of the room.

Eve is in a temple praying to Eli for help. Lucifer appears saying, "it’s a long winded way to ask for help." Eve tells him he need’s Eli’s assistance of which he rolls his eyes arrogantly. Yada, yada, yada, god’s she’s annoying! When is she leaving? Eve suggest he’s too far-gone even for that as loud music begins and a crowd comes into the temple chanting Xena. They are carrying a bed over their shoulders with Xena lounging upon it in a luscious black leather outfit with a mask covering her face and is sexily moving about on the bed, reveling in the crowd’s admiration for her. Gabrielle enters behind Xena basking in Xena’s glory and has had a change of heart as well. She’s dressed in a black leather bra with a red shawl just off her shoulders and a black mini-skirt. She’s definitely enjoying herself. Xena is holding a small flower that looks like a hibiscus and Eve is appalled by the way her mother and daddy Gabrielle are acting. Eve is definitely not welcomed there if you haven’t noticed that yet. She informs Xena that her purpose will not be served by subjecting the temple or the town to further desecration. Xena informs Eve condescendingly that it’s not desecration that they are just throwing a party for their celestial guests farewell. Gabrielle slides in behind Eve and Xena says, "Assuming he’ll give them the pleasure." Xena turns the flower upwards and the stem is erect...cough...cough. J Lucifer says the pleasure is all his because the farewell he’ll be celebrating will be hers.

Xena smiles, then loses the smile and allows the flower to droop down. Gabrielle tells Eve, "she should listen to her mother, she knows what she’s doing."  Eve isn’t convinced and looks at Xena’s heart, which is growing darker. Xena looks at her flower and turns to Eve seductively and tauntingly replying, "Eve sweetheart, if you can’t stand the heat maybe you should GET THE HELL OUT OF MY KITCHEN!" Shouting at her. Eve replies, "Or stay and put out the fire," as Gabrielle bashes her in the back of the head with a statue shaped in the form of the Christian fish symbol. She shyly smiles replying, "No one likes a party pooper." Xena smiles and shouts her battle cry... "Sheeeyyyaaaa!" She’s lying on the bed and is dancing as Gabrielle gloatingly smiles looking down at Eve who looks up and sees Gabby’s heart is turning to black too.

There is a major orgy-taking place and Virgil is seducing Gabrielle. Xena is still trying to convince Lucifer to join her and is proposing that he rule the world with her. The music stops and she walks toward the middle of the room, turning towards where Gabrielle is lying with Virgil.  She slowly and sensually extends her arm waving her hand and wrist as Gabrielle does the same with her hand. She captures Xena’s seductive gaze and slowly approaches her. Gabrielle puts her hand in Xena’s and slowly slides her hand up Xena’s arm. Excuse me while I have them restart my heart. Okay...I’m back! Whew! Gabby’s hand slides up Xena’s arm in a sexual way moving it to the back of her shoulder as she slides in closer to Xena. She turns her head to watch Xena’s hand caress her cheek and turns her face towards her. Gabrielle seductively reaches up and moves Xena’s hair as they stare into each other’s eyes...ever so closely. She moves her hand from her hair to underneath Xena’s chin that moves her head back and looks at Gabrielle. Gabby moves towards her as if she’s going to kiss her. Hold it; don’t get too excited like me! They clip to Lucifer who is totally digging it. I think they cut a kiss scene there.  I could be wrong, but it would have been wonderful!

They move back to the dancing vixens and Xena’s arms are above her head. Gabrielle rubs her hands down them, to Xena’s side as they dance side by side. Xena is facing opposite Gabrielle and has her hand on the back of Gabby’s head erotically dancing in a circle staring at one another. They turn and Gabrielle reaches up, touching Xena’s head as she stares at her with a loving smile on her face. Xena turns to face her and Gabrielle’s hand moves down under her chin and...Virgil interrupts! Like freaking father like son! He obviously loves their dance...as we all did too, until idiot had to interrupt it...and moves to kiss Xena, but Gabby moves his chin to face her. She leads him off with her and Lucifer is beside himself. Wouldn’t you be? I know I was! His mouth is watering with an insatiable lust for a tall, dark, leather clad sexy warrior...Xena. Xena stares at him and seductively removes her long, black leather coat slowly dancing in a red corset, stiletto heels and black lace underwear...the one’s from her Maxim shoot or pretty darn close! Gabrielle is seductively dancing with Virgil and now Lucifer is doing the same with Xena. Lucifer tells her he wants to devour her and she can devour him body and soul as he passionately kisses her. The orgy scene is incredibly erotic with candles, and torches around the room and slow, seductive music playing.

Michael and Rafael appear upon the scene and Michael tells Lucifer the soul of an archangel is not his to give away, that it belongs to his god. Xena tells Michael that she’s impressed that he came to do his dirty work considering he knows she has the power to destroy an angel. Michael is disgusted and replies, "You dare talk of dirty work when you’ve besmirched so many souls with your filth?" Rafael challenges Xena with his sword and Gabrielle stands up, defiantly replying, "Michael, I’d never thought I would do this," and throws her Sais’ towards him with him responding, "You won’t," and throws a green fireball her way, sending her back on the pillows. Virgil stands up and tries to charge them with his sword and Rafael sends him back to join Gabrielle on the pillows with a swift kick to the gut. Other archangels appear and attack Xena who defeats them. She stares at Michael and Rafael with an arrogant sneer and uses her sword to push her hair back sarcastically replying, "You know, I really hope the main course is as satisfying as the appetizer," as Michael and Rafael slams their swords onto hers. They all disappear from the room.

They reappear outside next to Cyrene’s new tourist attraction...the porthole to hell! They are trying to send Xena in and of course, she’s adamant about staying on earth. Xena sassily refuses to submit and arrogantly tells them, "Your little magic tricks won’t get me into that porthole Rafael." He tells her he knows what will and Lucifer appears attacking her. She tries to convince him to join her by telling him that his god denies pleasures to angels, but grants them to the lowliest creatures on earth, the same pleasure I would spend eternity showing you." They continue to fight one another and Michael tells him, "If you want redemption, now is the time," as he watches Lucifer and Xena battle it out next to the porthole to hell. She tells him she was their hero once and look at how they repaid her. She calls his name in a desperate plea and he sides with Xena against Michael and Rafael who disappear.

She tells him, "I told you we would make one hell of a team," and they kiss. Gabby comes out and hurls Xena’s leather jacket at her nailing her in her head. Great scene by the way!  Xena is miffed and has her head bent down as she turns to Gabrielle. Her eyes move up and glaringly look at her, sarcastically asking, "Yes?" in a deep condescending voice. Gabrielle smiles and throws up her hands as Xena reluctantly walks towards her putting her jacket on. Gabby runs up behind Xena and follows her into the house. Xena is buttoning her jacket and replies, "Gabrielle, I was kind of right in the middle of something."  Gabrielle reminds her, "Xena you were suppose to send him into the porthole." She’s quite mad at her lover for not doing it. Xena tells him he wasn’t ready. Gabrielle tells her, "Xena no one’s ready to go to hell, that’s the point," with a little chuckle in her voice. Xena accusatorily replies, "Well you and Virgil were looking to burn not long ago." She looks very jealous.

Gabby says, "so," and Xena says, "Evil, the dark side...it’s intoxicating isn’t it?" with a devilish smile. Gabrielle grins, enjoying the feeling of being evil, "Oh, yes...it’s intoxicating," with a breathless response and a huge smile. Xena tells her she needs more time to work out the terms of her partnership. Gabrielle asks, "Partnership?" confused and Xena answers that, "without someone on the throne of hell, the porthole is going to bust wide open and the kingdoms of earth and hell are going to merge together..." in her Meg voice as Lucifer and Virgil appear and interrupt her with Lucifer adding, "And she’ll need more than a mere mortal to help her rule it." Virgil is miffed and asks, "Who are you calling mere?" His testosterone is way out of whack...like father like son! Eve enters and Virgil sarcastically asks, "How’s your head?" with a laugh as she passes by them, stopping in front of her mother. She tells Xena that she needs her help and Xena is just not interested in it. She condescendingly tells Eve, "You might have the gift of sight, but you should trust that I have a vision." Eve sees her heart is darkening...it’s pretty dark already...I don’t know how much darker it can get!

Eve quips, "As I feared it’s led you astray." Xena says, "so what? Are you going to illuminate the way home?" very sarcastically with Eve answering, "Hopefully before the light within is extinguished." Eve touches Xena’s heart and gets a jolt of lightening sent through her knocking her on her butt at Virgil and Lucifer’s feet. Xena sarcastically replies, "Where did I go wrong?" Throwing her arms up in the air and Gabrielle clicks her teeth and chuckles about Eve lying on the floor. She loves the fact that Eve is being treated badly. Xena seductively walks away shaking her assets nicely (and I mean working it!) adding, "You’ve got in mommy’s way for the last time," as she passes by Eve on the floor. Virgil and Lucifer are appreciating everything about her as they watch her walk towards them. Virgil taps Eve on the head and laughs as he eagerly sidles up to Gabby.

Lucifer and Xena enter the bedroom and Lucifer tells her he hopes she doesn’t mind that he asked them to ready the room. A group of female villagers lead by the loyal one from the beginning of the episode is waiting for her approval. She thanks them and they all leave. Lucifer declares, "Now you will be mine," As Xena leans up against the bedpost unfazed by his advances and tells him, "Not now Lucifer." He replies, "Don’t tell me you’ve got a headache." She turns her back to him and says, "Yes and her name is Eve. We won’t have any peace until we’ve dealt with her." He tells her that peace is overrated and it’s passion that makes one feel alive. Xena tells him passion is an unpredictable thing, which she learned when he nearly fed her to the flames. She is tantalizing him and he tells her he’d do anything to make it up to her. She asks, "Even tell Michael and his god that the world is ours and he better stay the hell out of the way?" He asks, "What makes you think they’ll listen?" and she responds, "They’ll listen when we kill their messenger." He asks, "Kill Eve?"

We next see the little whuss who used to be a conquering hero and is now reduced to a whining wimp as she’s running through the Forrest with mommy and her boy toy hot on her trail. Xena tries to convince her she doesn’t need to be afraid that all she wants to do is talk to her. The whuss isn’t falling for it and cries her way to a temple. She’s looking around the temple and sees two swords crossed and hears a cat scream. She jumps to look at it and then turns back to see Virgil standing before her with a pissed off look on his face. She asks, "What are you doing here?" and he answers, "Just having an old chat with Eli about why he chose my father’s murderer as his messenger." Eve asks, "Really and what did he say?" He angrily answers, "Prayers won’t help you now." Eve looks like she’s turning into Livia again and says, "That’s why I came for those," as they look at the swords on the wall. She walks past Virgil and is stopped by daddy Gabrielle who tells her, "Sorry Eve I can’t let you do that."  Eve pleads with her and Gabrielle tells her she can’t let her discard her beliefs over a crisis. Eve answers, "My beliefs will die with me if I don’t send her through that porthole." Gabrielle tells her no and she says that all that is left is their memory of her mother and if she cares anything about her she’ll help her. Gabrielle tells her she’ll help her and shouts, "I’VE GOT HER!" As Lucifer and Xena walk in.

Xena smiles and says, "Nice running, you made mom proud." Virgil informs her that she came for the swords and Xena sarcastically responds, "My little pacifist how enterprising and hypocritical. Have you learned nothing from our time together?" Eve answers, "I’ve learned this," as she elbows Virgil in the face and pulls Gabby by the arm and slings her across the room. She does a back flip and grabs the swords.  Lucifer battles Eve and knocks her on her butt, sliding across the floor. I’ll tell you, if they slapped some mop and glow on the butts of those who went sliding across the floor; Cyrene’s Porthole to Hell Resort would have turned into a halfway decent half star resort! Lucifer holds the sword to her throat and is going to kill her, but Xena stops him saying, "Wait! If anyone deserves this historic opportunity, it’s Gabrielle." Lucifer is shocked and confused asking, "Ga...Ga...Gabrielle?" Gabby is smiling and itching to ‘off’ Eve as she moves towards them. Xena answers, "She’s been my partner for years and she’s shared things with me you’ll never be able to understand." Lucifer is pissed and asks, "What about our partnership?"

Xena answers, "Can’t expect me to trust someone so ripe for corruption and so quick to switch sides and someone who without even realizing it has broken every deadly sin but one." He angrily replies, "You tricked me!" as he holds the sword towards her. Xena tells him, "You tried to kill me, what did you expect?" He informs her that he will spend eternity making sure she feels his wrath and she quips tauntingly, "Congratulations Lucifer, you just won the deadly sin lottery with a perfect score of seven out of seven. Your prize is a one way ticket to hell." He asks, "How dare you be so smug, when men sin everyday?" Xena answers, "That’s what makes us human Lucifer, but in you, an archangel to succumb to such temptations, that’s what makes you a monster." He turns into one nasty looking dude! Dahok’s got nothing on him. Speaking of Dahok...they play the Dahok music as he’s flying around the room trying to grab Xena. He finally does around the throat telling her, "I’m still hot for you Xena, only now I’m bigger, stronger and more powerful than ever." Xena tells him it doesn’t make up for the attributes that he lost and hands him a plate to see his reflection. He’s not pleased at his latest makeover and asks, "What have you done to me?" very angrily.

She replies, "Only what I suspect Michael wanted for you all along, to get in touch with your inner demon." He’s still looking at himself in the plate and Xena hears some screams from the porthole and shouts, "You’re kingdom waits," and hits him in the head knocking him below her and closer to the porthole. He looks up replying, "Come Xena, you belong to me." Xena angrily answers, "The hell I do," as she jumps, spins and kicks his gnarly butt into the porthole sending him to his new resort. You see him falling down to hell and it looked a lot like the lava pit from Sac II...I wonder if he saw Gabby’s niche in the wall as he passed by? The hole closes up and Xena’s heart returns to normal and Eve approaches her. Gabrielle sees Virgil touching her and has an appalled and embarrassed look on her face. She moves away from him heading towards Xena who is hugging Eve.

Eve has learned from Solan how to say, "Mother" that’s for sure. Hated it when he did it and hate it when she does it. She’s too whiney and isn’t it about time for ‘I can’t believe I’m an actress’ to leave the scene? I hope so, I can’t take much more of her! She whines, "Mother, you’re back." Xena tells her that "part of me never left." Eve tells her she should never have doubted her. Xena informs her that, "For all you’ve seen and been through I can’t blame you for doubting the dark side of one. I only hope one day that you’ll believe as strongly as I do about the power of love to save lives..." Her voice trails off as she’s looking at Gabrielle. She looks between Gabrielle and Virgil, she’s upset remembering the interaction them from earlier and she looks jealous. She’s finding it hard to look at Virgil for any sustained time and keeps looking between them. Gabrielle tells her, "You did more than save lives you aahh..." and is interrupted by Virgil who says, "You saved me from making the mistake of a life time." Xena is visibly upset, jealous about Gabby and Virgil and says, "Right."

Virgil tells them he’s going to clean up the place and Eve says she’ll help. Gabrielle puts her hand on Xena’s arm saying, "I thought I lost you there for a minute," and Xena says, "Oh, yeah which one was that?" Gabby says, "You and Lucifer were looking...aahh...little..." She’s nervously motioning with her hands and is embarrassed to say much more. Xena says, "Gabrielle every time I felt myself start to lose control I just thought of you and it brought me back home," as she’s walking towards the door. Gabrielle is quite happy about the comment and follows Xena out saying, "Really?" Xena answers, "Sure," and Gabrielle retorts, "Don’t get all emotional on me," as they leave the room.

This episode is fabulous, great and awesome! I absolutely loved it! Gabby has the new red outfit on and looks smashing in it as always.  The scenes between Xena/Lucifer and Gabrielle/Virgil didn’t bother me too much in this episode. My soul mate’s aunt was here from Peru and watched her first Xena episode...this one...and gave her take on it. She felt that the dance scene between Xena and Gabrielle was pure art, sexual, erotic, and sensual and showed everything that the two of them feel for one another. She didn’t feel the same way when Lucifer and Xena were dancing, nor when Gabby and Virgil were dancing...it just wasn’t there. I couldn’t agree more with her ‘outsider’ view. The dance between the two is absolutely beautiful and shows their love for each other throughout...in my opinion. If you didn’t already know that they are a couple...you will after this episode! It definitely confirms it.

I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I have...over and over again!
