My mind is filled with empty spaces

Memories long forgotten, or blocked

Nothing but blankness...blackness

Where my childhood should be

Why can't I remember

What have I worked so hard to forget

And having done so

Do I dare unlock the cages now

Do I open my own Pandora's Box

And will even Hope be left if I do
