My heart soars wild and free
While I miss you every day
My heart breaks constantly

It feels as if you're a million miles away
And I'll never get to see
The way your nose crinkles and your eyes too
Whenever you smile at me

When will the hurt go away?
When will the aching end?
Do you think of me as much as I of you?
When will I see you again?

Your smile lights up the days
And your eyes contain such fire
You make the days brighter and the nights so much warmer
Of you I will never tire
