The First Night

One evening a year ago I got home from work and was very tired. I got on the computer and surfed out onto the internet, heading straight for my favorite chat room.

Not very many people were on this evening, which suited me, just fine. Suddenly, I saw this new name that I had never seen before. I thought hum that's different. The name was HotToGab.

So I decided to Say hello. (Oh and BTW my chat name is Xen short for Xenar. I have Short Black hair, Deep Blue eyes and I am 6 foot tall. Anyway back to the story. Author's Note: Uh, is this Free advertising here...hmmmm)

I said HELLO to this HotToGab and was wondering to myself what this person could be like. Well she responded back real fast and said Hello and asked me if I was single. I replied, "Yes I am very single and looking for my Soulmate please describe yourself to me."

What she wrote back surprised me to no end. She wrote, "My real name is Gabri and I have long natural blond hair,green eyes and I am 5'6". I read her message over and over in my mind. Could this be her my soulmate? (I have a thing for blondes) I had to find out more.

So I sent her a private chat address requesting to speak with her secretly. She was slow to respond at first then she accepted. So we started talking to each other. She said she just got out of a bad relationship and just wanted to be friend's for right now. I said, "Ok I understand, that would be fine with me." We started talking and it amazed me that she likes the same things as I do, she loves music, dancing, romantic dinners, romantic walks, and loves to cuddle. We started getting online every night to talk and getting to know each other. The only problem is that she lives in another state far away from me. But for now we were just getting to know each other and becoming real good friends.

I found out that she is a writer and that was kinda the same as I. See I draw cartoons for a living and love every minute of it. Gabri and I have now been friends online for 6 months. Hard to believe that 6 months have passed since we met online and I know so much about her.

I know that I am in love with her but have not told her. See we decided to be friends first and all this time we became real good friends. But I fell in love with her after a week of being online with her. When we met online she had just gotten hurt in a relationship that lasted 5 years. So she was not ready, (oh yeah I already told you that HEE HEE!) Anyway I am a little afraid to tell her that I want to meet her and be with her for always. I am afraid it would scare her off.

So I have decided to keep quiet about it. Well five more months had passed by and I finally decided I had better tell her how I am feeling and what I am feeling before it drives me crazy.

I sent her a email since I saw she was not online and told her to meet me online tomorrow night at 8pm, because I needed to talk to her about something very important that just can't wait any longer.

Well the next day I kept replaying in my mind of how to tell her and I got so worried that she would never talk to me again and that made me sick. I stayed in bed all day and looked at the clock and it read 7:30pm. Finally I told myself to STOP this and just don't worry about it. So I did.

I got on at 8pm and she was there. My hands started to shake, I took a deep breath and was fixin to write when she sent a message. She wrote Xenar are you ok? what is wrong ? Are you hurt? I'll?

I responded back, I am ok ,I uhhhhhh LOVE YOU! And I sent it. I sat there and could not believe I sent that, but what she wrote back took me for a complete loop. She wrote- I LOVE YOU TOO! I thought to myself, (okay, she loves me as a friend, nothing more.)

So I wrote her back and said NO! I love you more than a friend Gabri. I am in love with you. After for what seemed like forever and a life time, she finally wrote back. Xenar, I love you as more than a friend too.

I was completely spell bound, I couldn't believe my eye's . SHE LOVES ME!!!! I yelled . Of course I was alone, and no one could hear the outcry except me and the four walls .

Anyway I wrote back and replied, "Gabri I am so happy I was afraid you would hate me or think I was pushing you. She responded, "No I never could hate you because you are my soulmate Xenar."

Well Gabri and I talked all night till early in the morning, oh how much we loved each other and wanted to meet and spend the rest of our lives together. We decided to meet the night of New Years, that way we could start the New Year off together.

Finally the day came where I would finally meet her. She is to Drive down here to my place for us to meet . I swear I kept looking at that clock every ten minutes the whole day . It was wonderful. I will always remember my first night with Gabri.

Before she got here, I lit some candles, and turned on some romantic music. (Thinking back.) I was really excited because we had not met in person yet. When I was pouring the wine, I heard a knock on the door. I opened it, and there she stood. Oh… and how that blue dress fit her perfectly. I noticed that it stopped right above her knees. …Oh yes, I was looking. (Smirk.)

We gave each other a hug before I asked her to come in. The way she walked made my body start to burn with desire. One of the first things I remember noticing was that her waist was so very nice and so petite. Then she turned and our eyes met, it was amazing.
