First Christmas 2001

This is going to be the Best Christmas ever. Let me tell you why that is...

First off my name is Xenar(Xen for short)and I met my soul mate on the Internet almost a year ago. This is our first Christmas together and I want it to be perfect, just like Gabri(Gab for short) is to me. Oh yeah, did I mention that Gab is my soulmate.

Anyway, back to the story. This morning I woke up and watched the sun shine in on the love of my life. She has to have the most beautiful face and body I've ever seen. I love the way the sun glows upon her. It simply adds to her beauty and every chance I get I stop and inhale her sweetness.

While I lay there beside her watching her sleep, I did not realize that I was being watched. (Caught like a deer in headlights.)

"Good Morning Xen how long have you been watching me?"

"Umm...I uh, well actually I watch you every morning, you take my breath away lady. So, do I get a kiss or do I have to wait till your beautiful self is all awake?

"Well actually to wake me, Babe, a kiss would just be an appetizer for little oh me."

Oh it would huh? Hmmm ok."

I lean over and bring Gabs lips to mine ,putting my whole being into it. Then our lips part and we look into each others eyes.

"Gab?"

"Yes Xen."

"I was wondering if well if we could umm go our separate ways for about a hour?"

"Why?" She asked. "Is something wrong Babe. Huh?"

"Oh no Gab well you see tomorrow is Christmas and to be honest we both have been so wrapped up with each other, which I definitely like hee hee. So anyway, I haven't got you anything yet."

"Oh..."*Gab smiles*

"Well I haven't got you anything either so that would work out fine."

"Great...Well see you in a hour." I skidded for the door before Gab could get out of the bed or anything. I have a lot to get done.(NO! I am not telling you what's the surprise. You will have to wait as Gab has too. Anyway, back to the story).

Two hours passed and Gab is sitting on the couch worried since I am an hour later than expected. Gab is just about to get up, get her keys and leave when I come through the door.

I am smiling until I see a unhappy look on Gabs face. OK Xen you better have a very good excuse as to why you are an HOUR LATE!!!!

"Now Gab hun, calm down. I 'm sorry I tried to get back sooner but I had to deal with a train, traffic, that got real long, and I lost track of time with your Christmas Present. I am sorry," I say as I lean in for a kiss.

"Ok but next time take your Cell phone so you can at least call me. OK?"

"Ok I am sorry."

I am stopped in middle of my apology with her lips that were devouring mine.

Later that night around 10pm after we have cuddled most of the evening away we decide to go to bed. I kiss her and tell her goodnight since I need my rest for tomorrow. It's a BIG day.

The next morning I slip quietly out the bed and crept down stairs to call a friend of ours named Phil who owns his own restaurant. If I know Gab well, she will be very hungry when she rises, so I ordered a BIG Breakfast.

About 30 minutes later Phil arrived. I recognized the sound of Phil's truck. So as too not wake Gab with the doorbell ringing, I slip outside and take the food from him. I then thank him a whole lot, since I can't cook...at all, before easing back inside.

After closing the door quietly behind me, I head into the Den to check on the Big Christmas surprise. I have been planning this for a week now and Gab has no idea what's going on.

Everything looks fine so I close the den Door's and go upstairs to our room

Gently, I sat down on the bed and patiently ran my fingers through her hair. I hear a moan before watching two beautiful pair of green eyes open and look into mine.

I reach down and kiss Gabs lips showing her how much I love her. I then whisper, "Merry Christmas my love."

"Merry Christmas to you too Xen. I love you so much." She returns.

I tell Gab how much I love her too.

"Come on Gab time to get up. I have breakfast all ready and waiting for you. So get dressed and then come down to the dining room where I will be waiting for you. By the way, hun, wear something very nice." I request before walking out of the room and blowing her a kiss as I go. I know she is wondering what is going on.

Soon, I would say about 15 minutes later Gab comes running happily down the stairs right into the dining room. "Oh Xen it looks wonderful. Thank you so much." She says in awe while gazing around the room.

"You look breath taking my lovely." I said gazing up and down her body at the ensemble she'd chosen to wear. She wore a blue laced shirt and white pants. She, in return, told me that I look very cute in what I am wearing as well. I wore a white, long sleeve shirt, with a green vest & white pants.

Shortly after complimenting each other, we ate. After we were done, I tell her to close her eyes and not speak. She agrees.

I pull her a long 'til we are in the den. I then tell her to keep her eyes closed until I tell her to open them again. She say's ok even though I know she wants to speak so bad.

I pull the velvet box out of my pocket and then take Gabs hand in mine as I get on my right knee. I then say, "Open your eyes Gab. Gab I love you with all of my heart and soul. You are my soul mate. Would you do me the honor of being mine forever and ever? Will you be my Wife? Will you marry me?"

Gab looks at me with the purist sparkling eyes and most loving and caring smile I have ever seen. Then she says, "Yes Xen I would love to be yours for ever and yes I will marry you."

I put the engagement ring on her finger and kiss her hand. I then stood up with her hand in mine and laid it upon my heart.

She looks around in amazement as she sees lot's of roses, candles, and a podium in front of the fireplace. She asks me what is going on?

Right then on time our friend Julie also our minister (yes, there are women ministers) walks into the Den and over to the podium in front of us with bible in hand. Then she asked if we were ready to get married and to spend the rest of our lives together. Gab looked at me in total amazement and all I could do was say "Surprise and Merry Christmas, my love." She was totally spell bound. Then Gab inquired about the two witnesses?
"I said no worries."

I clapped my hands and right at that moment Phil and his lover Tom walks in the door. I told Gab I wanted our first Christmas and New Year to start out as a married couple. She smiled at me and told me that this was the best gift that she could ever want. She finally shocked me by also handing over a velvet box to me. I opened it and there in the box sat two matching wedding bands.

"How did you know?" I asked.

She smiled and said, "well I am your soul mate and I knew you were up to something. I wasn't sure what, so I got these just in case."

I laughed with tears running down my cheeks.

"Gab I am so happy. I love you. Now lets get married."

She said, "OK."

I looked at Julie and said, "we are ready." We went through the whole ceremony, with just our friends and us as attendees. It was wonderful.

When we said our I do's ,we weren't just saying the words, we meant them. We wanted a life long commitment that would last us throughout Eternity.

Now, as we lay here, wrapped in each others arms after making passionate love, for I don't know how many times, I thank whoever is responsible for letting my soul mate and I become one body, soul and bonded by Marriage to one another for ever and ever. Our love will live on.
