Part 5 (Conclusion)
"DREAD," Laney screamed, banging hard as she could on the door to Dread and Gabrielle's condo. "What in the hell can she possibly be doing?" She grumbled, rather irritated because Dread didn't immediately open the door. Her and Ramona were just about to get into some serious loving when Dread called, talking about she want them to be at her place in less than a cruuton. What could she possibly want at that God forsaken hour. Suddenly the door slid opened with Dread winded and Gabrielle still clinging to her.
"Would you mind telling us why you are still getting busy and I had to give up my playtime because of your inconsiderate phone call?" Laney spat while still checking out Dread's clawing mate. She acted as if she was just out right mad with desire for her mate.
"Good Lord woman can't you contain yourself long enough to at least answer the door properly?" Laney asked hoarding through the still cuddling pair.
"I can't help it." Gabrielle whizzed still groping her partner's body. "Can't you smell her?" Laney turned around with furrowed brows to stare at the little minx as she continued to claw at Dread's house robe. Dread was rather enjoying the rough play...or rather the role of playing hard to get. Laney didn't recall ever seeing Gabrielle so turned on, maybe there are some fringe benefits of enduring the Mochtone. She looked absolutely obsessed with having Dread.
"Look you little undersexed maniac. I'm not blessed with extraordinary smelling senses like you. The only time I can smell my partner's excitement is when I'm right up in it. So why don't you get a hold of yourself and go do motherly things like take care of the baby. And Dread you go get dressed we have work to do." Gabrielle's hand immediately stilled for the first time since the pair entered the room.
"Well," Gabrielle huffed straightening her clothes. "It certainly sounds like SOMEONE didn't get any since the last time we met." "But you're right...I can finish resting up while cuddling with my little sleeping one as well. See ya later IN-PRESS." Gabrielle said to her partner with a wave and dancing eyebrows.
"Be gone you little Dread-ie-ack." Laney said with a chuckle. "So dread what is this all about and why couldn't it wait till in the morning?"
"Well, we have to see a woman about a certain
transulor if you remember well. I've
called the station but she wasn't there. It's
as if she's challenging me while at the same time avoiding me.
I discussed with Justice Lowery about her intrusion and her audacity to
proposition my wife in my own home. After
explaining to him the importance of Gabrielle's and my bonding and the
intergalactic law regarding established mates and trespassers he seemed somewhat
understanding. However," Dread
said, pausing briefly to give each of her friend's a crooked smile.
"He stressed in no uncertain words that I was not to kill her.
I am to simply apprehend her and issue the appropriate sentence for
unethical behavior of a Judge. So I
think I'll do just that." Dread said slapping Laney roughly on the back and
dashing off to the bedroom.
Thirty minatrons later…
"Uh Dread," Laney started rather disturbed by the current view of the streets. It was the busiest she'd ever seen. All different types of galactic species hung out at this place. It was known as Ho' heaven or in other words Flava Village. And the most powerful Mistress known to Faze land ran it. It was rumored that she came from a long line of Voodoo Priestesses.
"Do you know where we are?" She said, rushing up to Dread's side rather nervous with the noisy surroundings. "We are in the hood. You know... where the majority or Africana's reside. We shouldn't be here." Laney said almost in a whisper while sliding her hand down to her thigh holster where she kept her hand held eradicator.
Dread looked over at Ramona with a mocking smile and nudged her head down at their edgy friend. She looked absolutely terrified.
"Haaaaay baby," a Medusalon ho' purred oh so sexily while sliding up behind an otherwise occupied Laney. Laney whirled around so fast that her helmet nearly popped off her head. Her breath caught as she turned around and gazed at the slithering, snake skinned, serpent hair Strange Day ho as she continued to pursue her with glowing eyes. "Dreeeeead!" Laney screamed backing away from the figure with her eyes closed now. "If she turns me to stone I'm going to kill you."
"Lighten up dummy," she can only turn you to stone if ya mount her with your eyes staring into hers as she climaxes," Dread returned with a chuckle. Dread then wrapped her arm around her huge friend's shoulders and gave her a tight jerk.
"Dread," she oozed with a drooling tongue while looking down at Dread then back over at a still stumbling Laney, that was now beating at her helmet and wondering why the hell her polyglass visor wasn't working. There was no way that she was going to stare at the creature again without some proper protection over her eyes.
"Is that your friend she's cute. Humanoid, isn't she?" The ho' asked with a banshee giggle. The shriek was so piercing that Laney and Ramona both cupped their ears over their sound resistant helmets.
"Yeah, on both counts. But she already has a partner," Dread said steering her tall friend in Ramona's direction. The Medusa descendent must have stood nearly eight feet tall and she was the biggest thing Laney and Ramona had ever seen, intergalactic wise anyway. Ramona smiled and offered her hand in friendship. The Medusalon smiled and extended her long orange tongue out to lick the palm of Ramona's hand in return.
"Auuuugh," Laney drawled while fake spitting from the nasty view. "That was absolutely disgusting." "Aw," the ho' said leaning into Dread releasing that weird cackle of hers again. Laney and Ramona grabbed their helmets once more.
"I can do so much more with my tongue, would you like to see?" She said, batting her glowing eyes. Laney's visor finally activated and slid down over her eyes so that she could look at the creature when she did finally decided to speak to her.
"If you come near me, Miss ho' of deadly sex I'm going to pull out my shears and snip that defilator right out your head, get my drift." "My," the creature spurt with a hideous, razor spiked smile. "Aren't we touchy, didn't get any huh?"
"I'll give you touchy...creepzoid." Laney returned bitterly. The Medusalon rolled her tongue slowly out of her mouth down into her straining halter and gave her nipple a flick before directing her attention back to Dread.
"So Dread, let me guess, you are here to see Trina." She asked dismissing Laney last word with a tilted head. Dread seem to be a favorite where ever she went in Faze town…outside of Caleerah's and momma's place, that is. The occupants of Flava Ville met Dread when a Flaming Asteroid landed dead center of the sector and destroyed nearly every building standing. Dread was one of the first judges that arrived on the scene and she didn't waste anytime dashing into the burning buildings and dragging as many of the survivors out as possible. The mistress of Flava Ville was so taken with the Judge's agility and willing spirit to help out that she gave Dread a lifetime pass to any activity she wished to partake of while at Flava Ville. Dread visited a few times shortly after the fire to see how things were going and to learn more about the Africana race.
She'd heard many rumors about them being lazy, dumb, incapable of anything much less running a business and etc. She was also told that the only thing they were good for was cleaning up behind others, cooking fantastic meals and hellatious in bed. These rumors were much like the stereotypes of the 18th, 19th and 20th century. However Dread found it interesting that if they were of such an ignorant race how did pharaohs and queens arrive from the same species. After learning what she needed to know, Dread appointed the entire sector as Deputies on call. They all possessed skills way beyond anything she'd ever seen. The Africana species was a persevering, strong, determined and intellectual race, nothing like the rumors and past stereotypes that were stated out of hate centuries ago.
"Yeah, is she in?" Dread returned.
"DREEEAD!" Trina shouted over the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. "Gad dammit girl, it's been forever. Where have you been? Rumor is you've chosen a mate…and that she's an old friend of ours as well."
"W'ats that?" Dread said with a raised eyebrow and inquiring smile. "Are you saying that my woman worked down here for you." Trina cackled and snagged her friend up into a bear hug.
"Good to see ya girl. No, she didn't per say worked for me. Her and I coincided, she sto…uh obtained things for purchase for the tunnel dwellers and I found a buyer. Hay is she still hanging out with that worthless spaded bull Carl. He don't have much up stairs but my girls say he can show lay some pipe…oh yeah, he's not bad at acquiring things either." She finished with a smile.
"Now Trina," Dread started, pausing just long enough to see if she was going to commence with the questions again.
"I can only answer one question at a time. And yes Carl is still around, Gabrielle has appointed him as uncle to our baby." "Ohhhhhh…Dread," she cooed cupping her mouth in shock. "You and Brie have a little one. Ohhhh."
"Trina," Dread interrupted. "I'll bring them all down for a visit but right now I need your help."
"Sure baby…w'ats up?"
"Have any of your transuals girls run across a customer named Nahara?" Trina's head jerked back in recognition. "Why? What has she done?" "Well, first of all she shoved her way into my home, then she proceeded to proposition my wife while at it."
"Oh my…don't she know that, that is against the transuals customs?" Trina asked lowering her head and pondering her response. "You know Dread, I've seen her several times this week as a matter of fact I think Larielle just took her up." Dread gave her friend one of her cold smiles and inquired about which building she was in. Trina escorted her friend to the condos, down the street from her main club and gave Dread the key.
"Now Dread, don't be leaving blood everywhere. I know how violent you Transuals can become about your mates. I don't want to have some of your deputies come up there to contain ya." Trina said with laughter in her voice.
"Contain Dread, who do you suggest do that?" Laney asked looking around the streets at all the seemingly worthless patrons. "Honey," Trina said leaning in very close to Laney making, sure she had her complete attention. "Because they look as if they are of no value does not mean that there isn't a hidden army within the midst." She said reaching in under her chaffon gown and removing her hand with what looked like a kids rectangular toy in the center of her palm. She then sent the object hurling about in the air with a brisk flick of her wrist. Once it took to the air it acted like a boomerang that was shaped like a rectangle. It went speeding through the dawn's crisp air whistling like a cycle straight toward this unsuspecting woman across the way as she stood talking to this customer.
Laney wondered just how long would it take to decaptitate the woman and return to its owner with out the victim even realizing she was dead until it was over. However that was not to befall that particular woman. Laney watched as the woman's skimpy outfit transformed first into a dark cape then turn into a shield that covered the woman's entire body like a cocoon. The weapon hit with a hard clang, not even knicking the base of the shield as it came hurling back to Trina with that same whistling sound.
"Step back honey," she said to Laney before bringing her hand sharply up in front of her and haulting the weapon in space. Laney stood there gawking in amazement as the weapon continued to spin in mid air before Trina reached out and retrieved it.
"This weapon is a little like Dreads." She said looking over at Dread with a smile. "However mine doesn't have the ability to cauterize the wound as it tears through a victims throat leaving them beheaded. My ancestors were believed to study the arts of Voodoo, so this weapon will respond to only the heirs in that blond line. That is how I am able to control it. The weapon examines my body chemistry and obeys my silent commands.
"Wow!" Laney said utterly surprised. "How did she know that the weapon was coming?" she asked.
Trina gave her targeted friend a wave and a smile before explaining to Laney that Furia, the strange day ho' across the way, was born with sonic hearing and one of their engineers created that Poly-ore plated cape to respond to her inner sensors. Hence the suddenly appearing protective cape.
"Damn, now that's alright. Uh do you think she could'ah…" Laney started before
Dread interrupted. "Yeah,
Yeah, Yeah…chat later. We have graver matters to handle." Dread said
shoving Laney inside and pulling Ramona in behind her. "Be back in a few." Dread said with a wink to
her friend. "You just remember
what I said Dread, No blood."
Trina said cackling while turning to head back over to her main establishment.
The trip to Momma's…
The closer Ricardo's junk infested barge came to the canyons the colder the air became. The weather was so unpredictable around the canyons that the climatologist avoided the area altogether. Any traveler around this area risk taking their own lives into their hands if they weren't properly dressed. Caleerah, no matter how many times she visited momma, could never get adjusted to the sporadic changes in the weather. Chyna sighed sympathetically as her partners body trembled and teeth clattered from the sudden drop in the temperature. For the life of her she still couldn't comprehend why Caleerah went through such trouble to stay loyal to that watery basket of guts. Just watching Caleerah trying to endure the mishaps of the funky weather, simply to get to the evil bitch, made Chyna hate Momma even more.
"Richardo," Chyna called, while lifting Caleerah into her lap and wrapping her well-sculptured arms around her partner's shaking body. "Turn on the heat. Not everyone aboard this ship is part fowl." Richardo turned about to look at Caleerah then up at her partner, just the sight of Caleerah's lover disgusted him to no end. For the life of him he couldn't figure out why Caleerah chose that Energizer humanzoid to partner with. If she wanted pulsar luvin' he was her duck. Only species faster than him in the love department was the Rabitroids.
"Alright zoid, keep your shirt on, I'll turn up the heat." After issuing a command to his control panel, in his species native tongue, warm air sprung from the cabins vents and curtain steal shutters all about the ship slid closed.
"You'll feel better in a few minutes baby," Chyna
cooed, holding Caleerah close. "How…much…longer,"
Caleerah stuttered, still shaking from the frosting effects of the night.
"Not much longer." Chyna said faintly.
Caleerah nodded that she understood and rested her head upon her
partner's shoulder. "Wake me
when we arrive." She said with a yawn.
Chyna didn't bother to answer, instead she held her partner tight and
kissed her lightly upon the forehead.
Momma's lair…
"ROVER," Momma shouted from her study. "ANSWER THE DOOR…and stop licking yourself." Rover rolled his eyes at the commanding woman and started mumbling phrases he'd heard nearly every day which drove him mad. "Rover answer the door, Rover do this…Rover do that." He repeated faintly, not wanting mother to hear his cowardly complaints.
"WHO IS IT?"
"I am called Discard." The voice returned.
"YEAH," Rover shouted back. "WELL I REALLY DON'T CARE WHAT THEY CALL YOU. STAND ON THE OSCUCATOR." YOU KNOW, THE ROUND SILVER PANEL DOWN BY YOUR FEET, TWO STEPS OVER." He instructed while activating the ID body scanner.
The mechanism was primarily used to scan the unexpected visitor's biological makeup. Anyone that has been unfortunate enough to wind up on this side of Faze land were usually maimed, near dead or down on their luck. Either way some how momma managed to acquire a blood sample from the visitor which unbeknownst to them, she'd have the data analyzed and placed in her computer's data bank for future reference and possibly an aide to eradicate the undesirables if they betrayed her. With just a drop of an individual's blood momma's butchers she called physicians could create a serum to either heal you or kill you, which all depended on if momma favored you or not.
"What's wrong with this stupid thing." Rover spat while stepping back for the panel and giving it a swift kick.
"What is the problem Rover?" He heard momma ask, as he was about to kick it again.
"This stupid hardware won't scan that Dis-Port something or other outside." Rover said staring oddly at momma and licking his left paw while swatting a fly from his right ear. Momma adjusted her hovering level on her electronic body until she was able to view the computer analysis screen of the visitor for herself.
"Hmmm," she hummed turning her see through bottom about and heading for the Den's entrance. "Her name is Discard and she's a changling. That explains why you can't scan her…mutt brain. Her metabolism and DNA structure changes with each form she shifts too. Open the hatch."
"Open the hatch, mutt brain, you're so dumb this, you're so dumb that…one of these days," Rover mumbled, right before momma zapped him with one of her stun currents that automatically generates around the base of her incubator to make it hover. "OWWWWWWOOOH," He howled, hobbling over to the panel and doing exacting what momma instructed.
"Aw Discard, you're just in time. Caleerah will be here in another cruuton or so." Momma said hovering to the side and allowing her visitor in.
Talk about being eerie…this woman was certainly that. Everything on her was dyed black, except for that pale white skin of hers, even her fingernails were black. She wasn't quite as tall as Rover perceived after viewing her through the lair's camera system, but in a strange way she was kinda cute…second favorite bone kinda cute.
"Good then we can discuss plans on destroying our target." She then looked over at Rover and sneered. "Be a good pup and escort me to my room…canine." She said removing her cape and handing it to one of the passing robotic housekeepers.
"Rover put her next to Caleerah's room." Momma
stated gliding back to her office. "And
give her whatever she wishes. I'll
send Rover to fetch ya when Caleerah has had some rest too." Momma informed
her guest before her office doors slid closed behind her.
Party on the West Side…
"Ooh-Wee." Carl said in an admiring tone. Still primping around in front of the mirror, while putting on his clothes for the party. "It is going to be hard for the women to stay away from you tonight boy. Yeah! I'm going to get me some." He concluded with a dirty old man's smile. "Let me get my coat," He said waving his hand over the light console before heading for the door. "Just in case the Mars air reaches us and the girrrrrl's get chilly."
Since he'd been camping out with Gabrielle and her Dread
for the last couple of days Carl was feeling quite ready to have himself a good
time, but even in these times life…is funny.
Back at momma's…
"She's here! She's here! She's here!" Rover shrieked busily while bursting into momma's study as she reviewed a few plans of her own for Caleerah's revenge on Dread. The moment he spied Caleerah's through the surveillance camera he became spirited. He loved when Caleerah visited, she seemed to be the only one around the entire complex that didn't mind rewarding him with a good ear scratch for his humble efforts. Now he didn't care for Chyna much because she was always abusing him in one way or another. The last time they visited he remembered being literally picked up off his feet and tossed out of their room straight into the middle of the hallway, just because Caleerah decided to give him a pest treatment in their room. Chyna was jealous beyond belief…it wasn't like he was after Caleerah for her body, heck, he preferred his partner's a little bit more hairy and certainly with longer ears.
"Calm down Rover," Momma chastized. "I swear every time she visits you get worked up. They said canines are suppose to be loyal to their master. If that were true," Momma huffed. Then why aren't you always at my side, begging ME for attention."
(Cause you are a mean…conniving witch.) Rover thought while panting and wagging his tail ever so friendly like. Having momma to believe by his loving nature that he was in fact loyal to her.
"WELL!," She nearly shouted, frustrated with the fact that Rover hadn't opened the door yet. "Open the door and let them in." Rover trotted back on to the panel of league of controls and activated the switch that would allow their visitors entry.
"Awwww," Momma hummed breathless. "You are here."
"Yes, I'm here and so is Chyna." Caleerah stated, pulling her lover close up behind her. Momma narrowed her eyes and growled a less than welcome greeting to the zoid while turning away from the pair and heading back to her office.
"You all get some rest and we'll talk later." Momma ordered gliding away from the pair.
"Did she come?" Caleerah inquired anxiously.
"Did who come?" Chyna asked with furrowed brows, wondering what her lover and that plastic cradle of a woman had cooked up behind her back.
"Yesss." Momma returned slowing turning about to give Caleerah a gruesome smile. "She's here. You'll meet her when you have rested. Until then Rover will see to any of your needs you may have." Momma concluded her conversation by turning her back on her guest and headed back into her study.
"What are you talking about?" Chyna stated pulling back gently on Caleerah's arms.
"Momma and I talked shortly after yours and mine hasty retreat from Dread earlier and she thinks she has come up with an alternate way of getting back at Dread." Caleerah rushed while motioning her head to a panting Rover to show them to their quarters.
"Well would you like to fill me in on the plan." Chyna snapped, really upset with Caleerah for scheming her revenge against Dread without consulting her.
"Later," Caleerah returned brasher than she intended. "I'm tired and I want some rest."
"Once we are in our room, behind closed doors, you are going to tell me what is going on Caleerah." Chyna returned in a similar tone. "We've have been together too long for you to start playing this hide and seek game with me."
"Who do you think you are talking to?" Caleerah snapped, turning about in her stride to glare up at her partner.
"You have no idea what that woman has done to me inside much less my soul. I want her dead and everything that's associated with her. You don't know what it feels like to have your flesh nearly charred from your bones as you lay their screaming and watching it burn. You don't know what…"
"Yes!" Chyna interrupted harshly.
"Yes!" I do know how it feels, because as I was trying
everything in the world to extinguish the fire that consumed your flesh, tears
tore from my eyes and my heart ached as if it was me that was barring that awful
fate. It was I Caleerah that had to
hear your squeals of agony as the piercing echoe chiseled at my spine like a
driving pick. It was I Chyna that
felt helpless from the idea of not being able to protect the woman I love.
So don't pull that, "you don't know how it feels shit on me."
Chyna concluded before stepping around Caleerah with angry eyes and a heavy
heart. "And I deserve to be
treated better than how you are treating me now."
If ever Caleerah felt regret in her entire life, this was one of those
moments.
Inside their quarters…
"If you should need anything Caleerah you just give me a buzz and I will be here in a dash." Rover said courteously, while wagging his tail and scratching his ear. Caleerah gave the canine a pat on his head and told him she would do just that if she needed him, but right now her thoughts were with her partner. Somehow she had to make Chyna understand that this was an emotional time for each of them, yet matters of her heart had to be tended to first.
"I'm sorry if I upset you." Caleerah started in a much more acceptable tone while approaching Chyna from behind.
"I know at times I seem a little more than obsessed with killing Dread and I spend less time with you. But this mouse and cat game that I'm playing with her is going to have to stop if we are to go on with our lives. As long as Dread lives she will constantly be a shadow in my life…and yours as well. It all boils down to if Dread is alive, I'm not going to be happy. This is why I talked with momma in confidence about the situation. She can come up with something that could destroy Dread little by little and once she's destroyed mentally I can relieve her of her life with something as easy as slitting her throat." Caleerah said with a triumphant smile while wrapping her arms around Chyna's waist and resting her head softly against her warrior's strong back.
"You know Caleerah," Chyna said closing her eyes and mentally steadying her self for what she was about to say. Caleerah meant the world to her, but as it stood right now her obsession with Dread was a tad bit more than Chyna could bare.
"I love you. I love you with every inch of my being, but I won't do this anymore. I can't."
"What are you saying," Caleerah rushed jerking back from the embrace and whirling her giant partner around so that she could look into her eyes. Chyna's eyes slid open as if they were stones being rolled away from the opening to her heart. More than anything she wanted to commit every minatron of her life to Caleerah, but only to her and not her obsessions, especially those for killing others.
"I said I can't do this any more. I can't let a shadow from your past continue to chase me and maybe someday devour me. I want US to get past this thing with Dread. I wanted it that way before you started up with her again. And for a while Caleerah, you were doing just fine with the idea of letting Dread be, that is until you started conversing with momma again, in confidence. Next thing I know I'm kidnapping her wife, bringing her to you and luring Dread to our home…OUR home Caleerah. You know… the place we built together. As with just like before, we are at odds with Dread again, and…I'm through. I don' t want any part of this anymore." Caleerah could tell by the look in Chyna's eyes that this was in fact the last draw. All she was waiting for now was the ultimatum, which she already knew inside she would not accept.
"Go a head," Caleerah said icily stepping away from her partner. "Go ahead and say what it is you have to say to end this conversation." Chyna looked down into Caleerah's cold eyes and realized the words wouldn't even be worth mentioning. Caleerah wasn't pulling out of this revenge scenario and if it cost them their relationship…then so be it.
"Come with me Caleerah." Chyna pleaded with tears in her eyes.
"You never loved me." Caleerah said bitterly, snatching her hands back out of her partner's reach.
"Yes…Yes I…"
"NO! You never did." Caleerah screamed, wringing her partner's words completely dry in her mouth right before they fell voicelessly upon her lips.
"Because if you loved me we would not be having this conversation now and YOU would be willing to stand at my side for better or worst. Get out…Get out…Get OWWWWUUUT! Caleerah screamed. "I should have never asked the lab to reactivate you…Get out."
Chyna wasn't quite ready to have it end this way so she resorted to pleading and begging Caleerah to come with her. But Caleerah wasn't hearing it, all she wanted was Dread and if Chyna wasn't sharing her same passion for revenge then she didn't need her. Repeatedly Caleerah screamed for Chyna to leave despite her partners pleading for her to cut her losses and come with her. Finally with a heavy heart Chyna gave up, never had she felt so alone and so lost. Yet as the door slid closed behind her she felt renewed. If it was so easy for Caleerah to dismiss her in such a way then she wasn't worth her time…even if she did have her reactivated.
Once outside
Momma's establishment, Chyna gazed around the swampy area and pointed herself in
a direction off from that pit of hell. Next time she stopped it will be there,
for which she considered home, and not the woman that she's loved for so long
and thought she felt the same.
Back inside Caleerah's room…
"Are you alright, I heard screaming?" Momma asked in a motherly tone while hovering closer to the bed to caress Caleerah's hair. She was already aware of what had transpired as she was watching the entire confrontation between the pair over her surviellance camera, which she has discreetly placed all about her domain.
Somehow she knew when Caleerah inquired about Discard that Chyna would feel left out and would retaliate for Caleerah seemingly slighting her and what they meant to each other, by not discussing the plan with her prior to their arrival. However, she didn't expect for this to upset Caleerah to the point that she wouldn't be able to focus on their task at hand.
"She left me…" Caleerah mumbled from her fetal position with her back turned away from Momma. "She just left me." Momma sighed as if she understood how Caleerah was feeling and continued to stroke her hair.
"You know…" Momma started in a dark tone. "She's only a human-droid. All it would take is a flick of a switch and I could short circuit her out in a heart beat. If that is what you wished." This was momma's sadistic idea of ridding Caleerah of her pain of loosing her lover. Yet, the thought alone made Caleerah wonder, at what cost would momma go, to punish her if she should cross her. Maybe Chyna was right…momma wasn't good for her. Well, it didn't matter now though, she had Dread to concentrate on and that was all Caleerah was going to do. Suddenly the tears stopped and Caleerah's eyes closed. Her lover she could get back, at least that was what she thought, but Dread would always be a thorn in her side unless she killed her now or soon.
"That's right baby…just sleep." Momma whispered softly and Caleerah's eyes slid shut. "You'll be in just the right mood when you wake up." Momma said softly before cackling wickedly. "We'll discuss what to do with Chyna after we take care of Dread.
"There is no taking care of Chyna," Caleerah
stated firmly right before the door to her chamber slid open for momma to exit.
"I do not want her harmed. It is Dread we should be concentrating
on, and that is how I want it." Momma
narrowed her eyes and sighed again, "fine…if that is how you want it then
that is how it will be. Get some
rest…we'll discuss this party when you awake." She said gliding out the
door entrance and commanding the door to close behind her.
Caleerah stared over at the side of the bed that normalyl Chyna would lie
and wondered just what was she doing at that moment.
With a trembling sigh her eyes slid shut and she let happier moments with
her love lure her to sleep.
Back at Flava Ville…
"Occupants of the room…this is a legal search, assume the position." Dread announced through her helmets microphone while sliding her scanning visor down over her eyes to scan the room and it's contents. Laney and Ramona followed Dread's lead. With a single thought their helmet visors slid down and the helmets mic piece slid down over their mouths.
They each viewed the occupants through their ultra violet gene indicator as they stood against the back wall with arms and legs spread so that the judge's ID coders could be scanned.
"Horris Slayer, and Sasha," Dread said with a crooked smile while covering her mouthpiece. Both Ramona and Laney looked up at their taller friend and gave her a neighboring smile. Who would have ever imagined seeing the intergalactic liaisons camped out at Trina's place.
"Carry on..." Dread said moving to the next room.
"It's going to take longer if all three of us continue this way, moving from room to room. Why don't you each take a room a piece and we'll meet back up in the center of the hall. If we don't find her on this floor we'll move up a level." Dread said as her comrades gave her a nod and headed off in different directions.
They moved from room to room scanning until Dread noticed that Ramona was having to repeat her request for the occupants of the room to halt what they were doing and assume the search position. Dread quickly aborted her search and joined her friend at the door. She then moved Ramona back from the door and whistled for Laney to join them.
Once they were together Dread told them to listen up. After scanning the room she noticed that the pair's enzyme count was off the chart, meaning they were already engaged and their biological makeup read like a breeder and transulor during mating. Meaning they were going to have to be extra careful, at least Laney and Ramona were, about entering that room.
"Now I want you to listen to me. The graphs show that a breeder and transulor are otherwise engaged in this room." Dread said softly while staring into Laney's blank gaze. She had no idea why Dread was making a big deal about apprehending these two stooges.
"Ramona are you with me so far?" Dread asked turning her head to give her friend a quick glance. Although she pretty much figured that Ramona knew how dangerous it was to interrupt the pairs bonding session. It was Laney they both were worried about.
"Yeah...but you need to let Laney know how dangerous it will be pulling them apart." Ramona said gazing nervously at the door then back to her comrades.
"Laney," Dread said turning around to face the door and taking each of her friend's neighboring hands into her larger ones.
"I want you to be extra careful going in here, because female breeders are extra driven when they are engaged. With one direct punch she can break four of your ribs. So the first thing I want you and Ramona to do is seize her from both sides and I want it done simultaneously. Do not use your cable harnesses, because if you pull her away from the transulor before completion she will literally tear her hands apart trying to get back to her partner. Understand what I'm saying...I do not want her harmed. Now...for the Transulor, I'll take care of her. Are we ready?" She asked looking over at each of her friends before raising her wrist and activating her field eradicator, which was designed to annihilate any object that stood between the apprehending officer and their target.
The door melted away like an ice cream cone under a radiation beam. The three judges then charged into the room and as Dread suspected they were well engaged in bonding.
"GRAB HER NOW!" Dread shouted grabbing the panting judge trainee by her hair and yanking her easily away from the breeder. However the pull was a little bit harder than Dread intended the trainee hit the wall so hard that she was nearly knocked unconscious. Dread watched as her offender's limp body slid aimlessly down the wall while heaving for breath.
The Breeder she was bonding with released a screech so piercing that Laney found it hard to concentrate. With a slip of her grip the breeder got loose and sent Laney flying back into the bed. The first thing that came to Ramona's mind was, "oh shit...I am in some serious trouble." But luckily for her, her survival instincts overruled her fear. Skillfully she avoided the breeder's misguided punches and slipped behind her. With one swift move she drove her arms down under the breeder's swinging limbs and threaded her fingers tightly together in a cup behind her neck. Once more the Breeder released a defiant screech before her swathe slid over her eyes and put her to sleep.
Now it was Dread's turn to immobilize her offender, and Laney just knew this was going to be a good'un. Empress Nahara gracefully moved to her feet and lowered her eyes on Dread. She then gave the decorated Judge a wicked smile before starting to taunt her about her visit to her cozy little home.
"I take it you are the infamous Empress Dread," She said moving around Dread, but definitely keeping her distance.
"You know I hear all these fantastic stories about your heroism and it makes me wanna puke." Nahara said disgusted by the very site of Dread.
"Does She know?" She asked leaving the question hanging, hoping Dread would automatically know what she was talking about.
"Does she know what?" Laney asked watching Dread remove her helmet while watching the other judges every move.
"Does she know what you were other than the infamous Dread that we see before us now.? That little lovely wife of yours, I must commend you Dread...she is a beauty." Nahara rumbled in a baratone cord. Dread didn't bother to speak, instead she handed Laney her helmet and continued to watch the confident trainee as she circled her slowly.
"Do your friends know how unpredictable you are Dread? Have you told them how you used to move from world to world prior to becoming a judge, raping entire planets of all life. Did you discuss with your wife how you came by the huge hidden castle up in the mountains. Noooo..." she purred in a victorious cord. "I guess you wouldn't...no you wouldn't tell her how your entire family raped and pillaged people and entire worlds of their wealth and once you were through you simply warped to another time and assumed another identity. I bet your friends don't even know that about you Dread. And do they know that you are almost a century old. No they probably don't. Transuals only age after a century and not even then would it be noticeable." Nahara then looked over at Dread's two confused friends and chuckled.
"Oh I see she has been holding out on you two. Dread is one vicious murdering bitch. I've had the priviledge of watching her gut family men right in front of their children. Oh, she was much younger and very immature then, yet at the same time she was very formiable, just as she is now and...greedy. All she wanted was power back then, she wasn't much interested in justice and honor. So I see time does change Transuals. What?" Nahara popped with a triumphant chuckle. "Speechless now Dread." Dread lowered her darkened eyes and beckoned the trainee to her. "Are you going to preach or are you going to fight?"
"Fine..." Nahara said, lowering her head and going completely silent. Dread repeated the trainee's action. Laney didn't know what to think of the quiet scene. Why weren't they tearing into each other? What Transuals needed quiet time before engaging one another?
Suddenly, the atmosphere in the room thickened and the dim lighting, darkened. Laney moved closer to her partner and watched as her friend's skin set off a simmering red glow and tiny thorns started sprouting out all over her body. Howls of instinct filled each of the opponents throat and filtered out over the room like contained roars of lions. The breeder was sure to sleep for a while so Ramona and Laney's complete attention was focused on the pair.
"What the hell is happening?" Laney whispered in her partner's ear.
"Just watch." Ramona returned pulling her back a taste before asking her to give her a hand with the breeder. She had to move her back against the wall just in case things got a little more dangerous than Dread expected.
Simultaneously, both women released a blood-curdling screech, as the thorns on their bodies became sharper slicing through their clothes like lion's teeth. The moment their eyes met the attack began. Dread went on the offense unleashing a series of blows so powerful that Laney could have sworn she saw sparks shoot out about the room from the force fields that covered both women's body.
Laney hated to admit it but Nahara was holding her own. Every punch Dread delivered she counteracted. It wasn't until Nahara landed a well directed head butt and Dread stumbled back that Laney thought Dread may have her hands filled with this one.
"GET HER DREAD! Laney shouted, hoping to give Dread the encouragement she needed to take the cocky recruit down. Dread steadied her stance and tilted her head, probably examining her opponents method of attack before engaging her again. However, Nahara was on the run now, with one giant pounce she leaped up against the wall and sommersaulted back off its foundation to land a flying backward kick to Dread's jaw. This sent the empress hurdling into the replicated stone of the giant fireplace across the room and crashing into a nearby table.
"Damn Dread," Laney screamed. "Get'da hell up and kick her ass." Dread stumbled to her feet and shot Laney an odd look before scanning the room for Nahara. Transuals are like chameleons, if they find themselves threatened their thorny skin could inject a hormone into their epidermis which aids them into blending in with their environment, thereby camouflaging their whereabouts.
Dread crouched down into a squatting position, with her elbows resting on her knees while taking different direct sniffs of the room. The moment she picked up on Nahara's scent the transual appeared and pounced from her position above the fireplace down upon Dread. Sparks flew into the darkness again as her fist pounded at Dread's body and face as she held her arms pinned to the floor.
Laney activated the weapons on her wrist and brought her arms up slowly before leveling it on the punching figure. Dread struggled to get out of the hold but to no prevail. Not only did Nahara have her pinned but also her body's weight was increasing enabling her to hold Dread in this position as she continued to abuse her body.
"I have her Dread," Laney purred dangerously stepping away from Ramona and aiming her weapon at the figure. One thing Laney did know about her thorny friend and that was that Dread hated for anyone to volunteer to help her, especially when things seemed to be leaning toward the worst. Dread despised defeat, but what was even worst was that she hated the idea of someone helping her when she felt she didn't need it.
"Let me take her Dread." Laney said with a crooked smile, realizing that Dread was giving her friend her ass kicking look as the trainee's punches continued to land in selected places. "I can take her from here...let me take her Dread...com'on let me take her." Laney sung over and over again noticing the darkening glare in her friends eyes. (Oh my, I think I'm upsetting her.) Laney thought with a smile.
"All it will take Dread is one shot and I'll have her off of you in jiffy.
"NOOOOO!" Dread screamed arching up in her back and rolling her body over into a backward roll. Wrapping Nahara involutarily up into the move. Nahara struggled to get out of the hold, but Dread was on her. With two sharp jabs to selective pressure points in her neck and the trainee went still...gasping for air."
"Guess what...I've cut off...the blood...flow to your brain." Dread panted in a menacing growl. "you have thirty seconds to live, but before you die I want you to tell my friends the truth by nodding your head correctly to the questions that I ask you."
"Uh Dread," Laney said staring down at the gasping woman.
"I hate to interrupt your fun but didn't the justice said for you not to kill her."
"Damn," Dread huffed, before giving her nose a swift pinch while staring into the dying woman's eyes. "You're right."
Dread gave the transual one last intimidating scowl and delivered another set of sharp jabs to the woman's throat to remove the hold. She then stood to her feet and released her containment cables to secure Nahara's wrist and feet.
"Thanks Laney," Dread said delivering a very powerful stinging slap to her friend's back. "I knew I could depend on you to get me out of that jam by pissing me off as usual. Once a transual has you pinned it is almost impossible to get'em off. Their body capacity increases during a brawl which makes it almost unheard of to get them off of you."
"Dread," Laney said in a cautious tone. Dread's transformation really had her baffled. She's seen Dread in many brawls and never had she turn into a giant cactus like she was now.
"We've been in plenty of fights, why I've never seen you change into something like this before?" Dread looked over her body as if she hadn't noticed the change and chuckled. "Laney it only happens when I engage another transual. There is no need for me to me to transform when dealing with regular criminals because I can over power them at anytime. But when I am challenged by one of the same species our bodies revert back to the form of origin."
"Damn, you grow scales too?" Laney asked reaching out to touch her friend's protective epidermis.
"Yes other wise she would have killed me with her first three punches." Dread said, programming her wrist weapon to disburse a containment field around Nahara until she checked on Ramona and the breeder's state across the room.
"So how is our little sleeping beauty," Dread asked squatting down next to Ramona and giving the breeder a curious look.
"She seemed to be doing fine...but." she said handing Dread her tricorder. "you may want to check this out." Dread keyed in a few access codes and read the data that scrolled across it's screen. Shocked beyond belief she slowly lowered the device and just stared at the girl.
"Are you sure this is working correctly?" she asked handing Ramona the recorder and moving in closer to take a thorough look at the girl.
"She doesn't look anything like her." Dread said sweeping the girls hair back off her shoulder and examining her neck for something. Laney didn't quite understand what.
"SHE DOESN'T LOOK LIKE WHO?" Laney said hoarding between the pair and taking the tricorder from Ramona's hand. She too keyed in her access code and upon reading the information her hand fell limply between her legs.
"This can't be...This can't be, can it Dread?" she asked with a confused look on her face.
"Usually the tricorders are very accurate..." Dread retorted blankly. "I'd say that there's a good chance that the she may very well be. She has a similar mark, however there's a slash surging through it, indicating that she was adopted by another house."
"So what are you going to do." Laney asked while regaining her footing. By this time reinforcements had come and was awaiting Dread sentencing for the offender.
"What else can I do?" Dread returned, lifting the girl up into her arms. "She'll have to come with us."
"Nahara," Dread said pausing in her steps to tower over the struggling figure. "Fortunately for you the Justice ordered me not to kill you. If I should ever pick up your scent around my wife again, you will die. Dispense the harness," Dread instructed the back up team. Nahara howled as if she was being murdered as the squad surrounded her and carried out the Senior Empress instructions.
"Damn Dread," Laney said watching the squad secure Nahara's waist and private part with a poly-aloid ore chastity harness.
"That is down right cruel. How long are you going to sentence her to go with out...without." Laney stuttered. She couldn't quite get the word to exited her lips.
"One year." Dread said giving the howling offender one last look before leaving the room. Laney gave the screeching trainee a sad wave before darting out of the room behind Dread, laughing.
Part 2 of Chapter 5
"HAAAAAY! ASSHOLE, GET OUT MY WAY." Carl
screamed, swirling and darting in and out of the airborne traffic.
He had an appointment on the West Side with the girls...any girl it
really didn't matter who. Just so long as he could get up into some flesh
tonight.
Back at momma's...
"As I was saying this Carl person, friend of Dread's wife, could very well be the pawn that helps us render Dread defenseless." Momma said flicking through the slides of Gabrielle and her close friend along with a few of the tunnelers.
"Are you proposing that we abduct him, bring him here, slip him under the memory sorter and find out where some of the tunnelers reside and blow them up." Caleerah said staring up at the reflection of the slide momma had just arrived it. Gabrielle stood holding one of the children from the tunnel in her arms, the child seemed so happy. Even though her face was smudged with smut, clothes were dirty and torn and her hair was covered with a dingy scarf that certainly didn't hide the neglect of not having her hair combed daily.
"You want us to kill children." Caleerah inquired softly, suddenly getting back at Dread at all cost didn't taste as good as she imagined before, and she missed Chyna like crazy.
"Well, if we're plotting revenge Caleerah we can't per say be choosy about our spoils of war. And we're not just doing away with any kind of tunnelers we are planning to eradicate the group that would spark a particular interest in Dread's wife and, finally Dread. You want to unsettle Dread a bit and blowing up this sector with all the occupants in it will do the trick." Momma shot with furrowed brows.
"I don't think you are concentrating on the true spirit of this exercise. Forget that that half robot that just left you and get with the spirit of THIS game. Now," Momma said turning off the projector and turning to look at Caleerah and Discard. "Let's go over the plan once more." She stated while staring at both women, waiting for them to explain their involvement of the plan.
"I am to remain here and wait until Discard arrives with Carl. By which time I will tell him why he was lured here and how we are going to send all of his and Gabrielle's little mangy tunnelers to whatever God they choose to serve after tonight. I will then ask him if he'd like to be a good boy and volunteer this information or would he like me to extracted it through your Mind sorter apparataus." Caleerah said blandly.
"Do you think that this is a game?" Momma growled angrily moving closer to Caleerah. "Do you think playing the good girl and waiting till your chance come will bring Dread here. NO! It will not. You have to stay focused Caleerah...You either want Dread dead or you don't which is it?" Momma spat while lowering her fish tank body down beside Caleerah's and snatching her adopted daughter's head around so that Caleerah could see the impatient glare in her eyes. Caleerah could feel her eyes darkening as both women held each other's scornful gaze, challenging the other to say the wrong thing.
Chyna was right, momma was just an disgruntled, bitter, old woman that hated every thing about mankind and every other species that had normal lives. Caleerah believed at that moment that momma could destroy everything on the planet and wouldn't have a drop of remorse about it.
Caleerah rationalized to herself that Momma hated the loneliness...the loneliness of not having someone to care for her like others did. She hated feeling invulnerable, hence the blood samples and laboratory control of all the maim and almost dead associates she befriended during their unfortunate encounters, only to instill her hate within them the second they were able to go out on their own again.
Not to mention the fact that she kept recalling how she aided each of the misguided souls, when no one else would, and how they owed her and themselves the satisfaction for getting even for their almost demise by their enemies. Just as she was doing with Caleerah at the moment.
And finally...momma hated herself and her disgusting existence and for that she felt that everyone should feel the abandonment of society as she was and still experiencing now. In closing, Caleerah had come to the realization that...her lover was in fact correct about momman and she always had been.
Momma would sacrifice any and everyone to get her revenge on those that can go from day to day enjoying life and happiness when she couldn't. Momma felt it was unfair that others loved life and because of that she spread her bitterness into others soul and encouraged them to partake of a fruit that could possibly end in death.
Caleerah came to the conclusion that tangling with Dread was only going to bring about her own death. She was simply lucky to get away after the first two confrontation with Dread, but what of the next time? Would she be able to escape? It really didn't matter to Caleerah anymore...Her and Dread's time was over. It had been over long time ago like Chyna said. Yet, Caleerah allowed Momma to infiltrate her happiness with Chyna and brought about the horrible dream again...the dream of Dread and her battling and her loosing nearly every thing she loved. No, her fight with Dread was over with, loosing Chyna was way more than she'd ever bargained for. Her fight now was to get her lover back in her arms again. And if she had to walk up to Dread and turn herself in she would, but their war would end and it would end now. There was no way she was going to participate in a plot that would rob children of their lives, simply for MOMMA's happiness.
"I want Dread dead." Caleerah snarled, still holding momma's acidity gaze. "Good," Momma said releasing her chin and floating back to the head of the conference table they sat at.
"Now Discard, tell me what your job is again..." she instructed while having Rover fetch the appropriate attire for the changling's night on the town.
"I am to acquire him at this party, get him drunk and act as if I wish to seduce him. Thereby, I will lead him to my home...here, and from there we will extract the information on this special tunnel dwellers and their location before heading out to plant the explosives." Discard returned very proficiently and without missing a beat.
"Great. And don't forget you will go to the party as an old time friend of Dread's that just happens to look like Caleerah." Momma said, looking from one woman to the other. Rover whimpered and cringed from the view as one minatron that Discard monster was the goddess of doom...and then the next she was Caleerah.
"Got it," both women returned with a smile. Caleerah thought to herself, (I think it's about time you get a little bit of your own medicine. Woudn't you say so momma?)
"Well," Caleerah said standing. "While you are out getting me a man, I think I'll roam around the castle for a bit." Momma observed Caleerah's behavior as she stood up from the table and gave each of them a crooked smile, indicating she was feeling at ease with the plan.
"Alright but don't get lost. I want to be able to find you when she gets back here with our guest." Momma said with a chuckle. Thoroughly convinced that Caleerah was drifting back into the spirit of this exercise.
"Psssst...do you think I'm going to get lost now," Caleerah as with big baby doll brown eyes and a surprised look on her face. "No...I can smell victory now, and all have to do is wait until it is well into play and then...I can claim my fucking revenge...Death to Dread." She finished, slamming her chair up against the table and giving momma a wink before turning to leave.
"That's my girl...selfish and vindictive as usual." Caleerah heard momma said with a chuckle as the door slid closed behind her.
"Now where is that fucking lab?" Caleerah
thought, before taking the hallway to the right of the door she'd just exited. "I
have a few things I'd like to confiscate from there, before leaving."
Dread's Place...
"Uh Dread, do you think this is a good idea bringing her here. I mean after all, you and your wife's mating ritual's isn't quite like anything I've ever seen before, what if Gabrielle comes out of that room and goes off because you brought another woman home?" Laney asked with wide eyes while turning from time to time to stare at the closed door to the bedroom. Wondering how long would it take Gabrielle to pick up on this other breeder's scent?
"Gabrielle doesn't respond like I would if someone enters her space. She is the loving mate, I am the aggressive one...Isn't that right baby?" Dread asked looking over Laney shoulder at her wife and child. Laney nearly fell over trying to turn in time to examine Gabrielle's demeanor. She didn't want to be no where close if Gabrielle should loose it.
"That's right," Gabrielle returned, handing Dread the baby and sitting down beside the unconscious woman.
"So, what's wrong with her?" Gabrielle asked, looking over the woman's partially dressed body. It was obvious that she didn't have any clothes on up under the thigh length smoking jacket, because Gabrielle could see down into the cleavage of the loosely tied garment.
"She was bonding with Nahara when we found her." Dread returned, moving over to Ramona and handing her Alaina, after giving her little transuleer several sloppy kisses that made her giggle. She then took the tricorder from her friend's hand and headed over to sit beside Gabrielle on the sofa.
"Check out these readings," Dread instructed her wife before handing her the device.
"Nooo..."Gabrielle hummed more out of shock than anything else. "This can't be right...I only have one sister and her name is Lela. This can't be right there is no way our chemical make up reads almost the same." Gabrielle said, turning to look at the girl again. The girl was coming too now, so when Gabrielle's eyes finally reached her face their eyes met. Her eyes were the exact same color of Gabrielle's but her hair was as dark as Dread's. She had the same height, shoe size and measurements as Gabrielle, and, according to the tricorder Gabrielle's father fathered them both. There was no doubt in Gabrielle's mind that it could very well be a possibility, but she still couldn't believe her eyes.
"I am from the order of Herodontus, what group are you from?" Gabrielle asked holding the woman's puzzled gaze. The girl didn't quite know how to respond with all of the Empresses around so instead of returning her answer verbally she sat up, swept her hair to the side and showed Gabrielle her mark. Gabrielle gasped from the view... or rather the same mark that she bore except there was a slash through it. Meaning she was disowned by her original clan and adopted by another.
"You were born of the house of Herodontus?" Gabrielle asked softly, turning the girl around again so that she could see her face. The girl glanced nervously over Gabrielle's shoulder at Dread and her friends before nodding her head, indicating the statement was true. Gabrielle lifted the girls chin and gave her an accepting smile. She then reached up over her head and pulled back her hair and showed the girl her matching symbol. The girl ran her trembling fingers over the familiar mark on the back of Gabrielle's neck and started to cry. Gabrielle lowered her hair and pulled the crying woman gently into her arms.
"Shhhh...Don't cry, You're just in the right plage to get this fixed and...reinstated to your true family." The girl cried harder. For years she'd searched for her original tribe and she never would have imagined within just one year of serving as one of Trina's STDH's that it would bring her older sister to her. She knew Gabrielle was the eldest of all her sisters because she bore the first star outside of her seal.
"Now straighten your face," Gabrielle whispered into her long lost sister's ear before giving her a peck upon her damp cheek. "I want you to meet your sister-in-law, your niece and our friends. By the way..." Gabrielle started with furrowed brows. "What is your name?" The girl leaned back and stared into Gabrielle's eyes before leaning into her laughing. Neither of them even thought to ask the other their name.
"My name is Larielle...and yours," she returned
with a chuckle reaching to take Gabrielle's hand into hers and rested it upon
her chest. "My name is
Gabrielle." Once again the pair shared a hearty laugh before Gabrielle
introduced her youngest sister to her wife, niece and friends.
HAY!!! Party Time...
"Look out ladies...Sweet Daddy Carl is here." Carl coached to himself while jumping right into the groove of the room as everyone broke down into the electric slide, a twentieth century hustle. Awww the room was filled with boiling energy. People were screaming, fun-do-ling each other, making out up against the dark walls and drinking up a storm. Carl loved those type of parties, that mean the women were e-zzzy and open to all types of creativity. He might even be able to get out of here with two sets of good looking twins, and they all will want some of him.
"Bartender!" Carl called out over the x-tremely hyped atmosphere of the room.
"Give me the driest Margarita you have back there." The feline attendant gave him a wink and set about giving him his drink. "Damn...I must really be horny." He whispered to himself. "That long tail kitty of a bartender is looking pretty good right now."
"Here you are sir," she said with a purr. Carl took the drink and gave the lovely a smile while handing her his Buck Rodgers charge card.
"My," A sexy voice chimed from behind him.
"I see you are a big spender," Discard said in a praising tone, which was now, by the way looking like Caleerah. "Mind if I cop a seat right up here beside you."
"No way gorgeous." He returned zealously while
dusting the seat off for the pretty blonde that was looking oh so dangerous in
that ass shaking, rump humping out fit she was wearing.
The material that was covering the delectable parts sooo tightly that it
was fitting like a second skin. (Jeeeezus)
Carl thought ordering the lady a drink. (YOU
KNOW THAT YOU ARE DA MAN...look-ah d'ere, look-ah d'ere. Now...d'ats fine).
Meanwhile across the way...
Chyna entered the room rather tired and definitely winded. She scanned the room for her rowdy friends, knowing most likely that if it was free bootie in da house, they would be here. Since she'd been with Caleerah she found no use for attending snatch gathering Gala's such as this anymore, but maybe tonight this may be just what she needed.
"CHYNA...HAY CHYNA," Her friend Bass yelled from across the room.
"OVER HERE." Chyna smiled and threaded her way through the heated bodies in her friend's direction.
"Wow you are a long way away from home and where is Caleerah?" Bass asked, snatching a nearby friend's drink from her hand and giving it to Chyna. Her friends waited until she settled down a little before their demanding stares required an acceptable answer. If Caleerah knew she was in a dive like this she'd be trying to blow it off the map.
"Guys guess who's...HAY! Chyna Girl," Her friend Star Dust greeted throwing her hand up for her friend to give her a hi-five. Chyna smiled and reciprocated before inquiring about what her friend was about to say before her appearance changed her mind.
"Oh, I was just going to tell the guys that Caleerah was here, but then again of course she is if you are here." She said taking a seat beside Chyna. Chyna stood to her feet and scan the room again, but she still couldn't locate this Caleerah her friend said she'd seen. "Where did you see her?" Chyna growled snatching her friend up by her collar, so that she could point Caleerah out.
Round about that time as Star dust started to point at the bar her eyes wavered...and again she spotted Caleerah. Quickly she reached up and wiped her eyes vigorously with her free hand before looking at the two Caleerahs again, which were now stationed in different positions of the room.
"Say," she said resting her drink upon the table and taking a third look at the pair. "I don' t know what is going on but, I think I'm fucked up because I see two, count 'em, 2 Caleerahs." She said informing her friend of her rather high state while pointing at both women.
One Caleerah had been talking to Carl for what seem like a Cruuton and the other one appeared to have been watching the pair from a distant corner of the room for the same amount of time, but now...she was making her way discreetly up to the bar.
"What the fuck," Chyna said slamming her smaller friend down into the chair and shoving her really close to the table before stepping around her and heading in the directions of the two Caleerah's. Chyna wasn't quite sure what the plan was and why it revolved around this man, by which the other Caleerah was making her way up to him now, but she was going to find out.
"Hello there," Caleerah purred moving sensually up along the other side of Carl and wrapping her arm around his. (Jeeezuuuus.) Carl thought with an appreciative smile upon his face. (Did I forget to say thank ya on the first girl...well, just in case I did, I'm say thank ya twice now.)
"My, My, My..." He rumbled in an inviting tongue.
"What do I have here...twins?" he questioned, before taking a quick look at both women.
"You could say that." The real Caleerah returned reaching for Carl's drink and taking a sip out of it.
"Wow," Carl retorted nervously. "You two are definitely some very friendly women. What'll ya say we go back to my place and...talk about life or twins...thereof. Chyna was close enough now to catch bits and pieces of the conversation, yet she still didn't know what and why in the hell there were two Caleerah's. She never mentioned a twin.
"Later." Caleerah returned. "Right now I have to keep this twin from killing you and maybe your friends, Dread and her wife." She said glancing briefly into Carl's wide eyes before literally snatching him off the bar seat and tossing him over two nearby tables.
"What the fuck are you doing?" the other Caleerah growled before jumping to her feet. "Momma is going to kill you for this. You're ruining everything."
"I'm done doing Momma's dirty work Discard. I'm not doing it any more...and neither are you." Caleerah said reaching over the bar and snatching the fifth out of the bartender's hand and breaking it upon the counter. With one artful spin Caleerah slit Discard's throat.
Shrieks of terror rang out from the bar as an innocent bystander viewed the cutting but didn't wait around to see the other woman bleed. Pandemonium broke out all about the room as the hysterical woman sprinted to the door screaming as if she was on fire.
Discard growled and backslapped Caleerah sending her hurdling into the air while she repaired the wound by laying her misshapen jellied hand upon it. Chyna saw the changling repair her wound and realized momma's plan was to use Caleerah's appearance to kidnap Carl. And by the way she was dressed nearly everyone in the room could witness to a blonde with sea green eyes was the one he left with. Targeting Caleerah and prompting Dread to come after her in one final stand off...ending with Caleerah dead and momma in a position to find someone else to play with.
But somehow, Caleerah had come to her senses and realized that momma was using her to spark her own contiuum of violence. Chyna remained incognito while moving behind the changling and beckoning the bartender to her. She then whispered something in her ear and sent the woman back behind the bar searching.
Chyna watched in slow motion as Caleerah returned ever so elegantly to her feet the second she hit the floor. Caleerah then tore away her cloak to reveal the all leather outfit that she wore underneath.
"You know," Caleerah said panting slightly and lowering her eyes at her supposedly twin.
Carl didn't know what to think so instead of breaking and running he decided to move to a safer zone and find out just what this charade was all about.
"I've never fought a shape shifter...So I guess I'm in for a little treat tonight huh?" she stated reaching back over her back and snatching out what looked like a giant vaccum spout. Caleerah then let out a toe-clinching scream and took off toward the changling again. Once again she back-slapped Caleerah sending her off into the air again...but this time Caleerah landed behind the bar. The bartender that Chyna whispered something to crawled past her after ensuring she was alright and popped up to see if Chyna was still at the end of the bar waiting for her to return.
"Did you get it?" She asked the girl. The bartender nodded her head and handed Chyna the device. There was no way she was going to let that shapeless blob dismember Caleerah piece by piece if she could help it.
Caleerah popped up from behind the bar smiling. Chyna had seen that look oh so many times. Although Caleerah seemed to be enjoying her self in reality she was angry enough now...to kill and if she found an opening on her opponent that was exactly what would happen...instantaneous death.
"That was fun..." Caleerah purred lifting a full fifth of rot-gut bourbon up so that the changling could see it.
"But...now it's my turn." She said filling her mouth with the contents of the bottle and bringing up a lighter. The final ingredient to make the perfect fireball. Discard smiled and set off on a series of backhand springs in an attempt to put some distance between her and Caleerah. Just as she went into her final flip Chyna screamed for Caleerah to ignite her fire NOW. Caleerah rapelled over the bar, fell to her knees and release the flame. On her way out of the flip Discard noticed her blonde hair or rather her black hair was in flames. "Nooooo!!! She screamed, aimlessly patting at her flaming head and bouncing around like her feet was on fire too.
"Say goodnight blob." Chyna said activating a small intergalactic containment device that acted like a black hole. All bartenders stocked such a device for troublemakers on nights such as this one. Only with Changlings it condenses the being into a dried cub until the judges could arrive to officially arrest them, and that was just about what was about to happen to their new friend Discard. Shrieks of horror and pain filtered out over the room as Discard's body reverted back to a mass of jelly and slid cozily up into the ICF unit that Chyna powered. (Good) Chyna thought. (This is just where you belong.) She then turned to her winded lover and smiled.
"Caleerah," Chyna started with a confused look and furrowed brows while turning to hand the bartender back the device.
"What exactly did you think you were doing? You are no match for a changling." Chyna said, with a chuckle while brushing back Caleerah disheveled hair.
"I know...but I had to try. Baby," she started, but suddenly her mouth went dry.
"Everything you said about Momma was true. Chaos is what she craves and that is what she will have...even at the expense of others, like me that prior to this situation believed that her efforts of helping me were geniune. Yet all she wanted to do was use me to keep her game of turmoil going. I won't kill for her again, and if I have to go to the Amazon Colony for the rest of my life then that is what I'll do, because I never want to look into your eyes and see the disappointment I did before you left me. Even in your absence Chyna, you still helped me to see...that there is only one woman right for me, and she's standing before me...right here right now.." Caleerah stated with rich chucky brown eyes and pouty lips. Chyna couldn't hold back the tears that swelled in her eyes, if ever Caleerah made her feel special, this was one of those times.
"Come here girl and give me some shuggah." Chyna said reaching for Caleerah's hand and snatching her lover to her.
"Ooh," Caleerah purred. "I like it when you take charge." "You do huh?" Chyna mumbled before dipping in and tasting Caleerah's lips with a twisting swirl.
"Well, buckle down baby, coz I got a whole lot of that waiting just for you." She finished leaning in and claiming Caleerah's lips again.
"YOUUUUUUU!" Carl shouted striding rather quickly over to Caleerah and Chyna waving his point finger around as if it was double jointed.
"It was you that kidnapped Brie. I've already called Dread." He said bravely, squaring his shoulders. "So even if you kill me now, she will still catch up to you." He stated, smoothly moving into the crane position...physically preparing him self for battle.
Caleerah looked up and down Carl's pretty half way descent body then back over to her partner with a smirk.
"What a dweeb. What do you think...think he might be a good dad?" she asked her partner while reaching into her pocket and bringing out a mini-corder.
"Bartender," Caleerah said audibly looking around her partner's shoulders. "Would you mind dimming the lights a touch." As requested the lights dropped down low. Caleerah then pointed the mechanism up against the wall and played the recording she created in Momma's conference room about the plan of kidnapping him and blowing up the tunnelers to spurr Dread into a battle that was sure to damage everyone involved even if it was mentally.
"By the Lord in the heavens..." Carl said faintly with his mouth still open. "It could very well be said that you saved my life. No telling what she would have done to me if they'd succeeded with their plan." Carl whispered meekly while turning back to look at the embracing pair.
"I'm afraid I have to agree with you Carl." A voice rumbled from the shadows. Carl spun around just in time to see Dread and their two friends emerge from the darkness behind her.
"What made you do it Caleerah...what made you betray momma?" Dread asked stepping past Carl and giving him a shove that nearly knocked him down.
Caleerah looked up into her partner's supportive eyes and told the judges that we all experience some sort of tragedy in our lives, but the only thing that helps us to get past that is our ability to let things go. But her final words were what made the judge decide that she was on the right track to reclaiming her life. And that was Caleerah's confession of love and hope that her partner gave her, even in times like these. Dread looked back over each of her shoulders at both her friends before resuming her role as Empress.
"Caleerah Kalistone," Dread said in an official tone.
"You have aided and implemented means of kidnapping my wife and unborn child. You have served as a coconspirator for the abduction of my child's uncle and wife's best friend among other allegations...how do you plea." Dread asked placing her hands upon her hips and giving Caleerah a stone glare.
Caleerah's first impulse was to try and escape...at least that was her original plan before her lover stepped right up behind her and wrapped her up securely in her arms. Visually informing her partner that she would stand beside her no matter what the judge's sentence for her would be.
"Answer the judge's question baby." Chyna coached from over Caleerah's shoulder. Caleerah closed her eyes and whispered the word, "Guilty."
"So let the record show that the offender has entered her plea as guilty. Will there be anything else you'd like to declare in your defense?" Dread asked motioning for Ramona and Laney to escort Carl back to her place. Caleerah lowered her head and indicated, "no."
"In light of the evidence I just seen, I will use that as your defense. For your commendable efforts of saving an entire sector of under dwellers..." Dread said pausing to retract her helmets visor so that her offender could see her eyes.
"I wave your sentence to three years of community services with the very people whose lives you just saved today." Dread then printed off Caleerah's estimated time of her punishment and her duties from her mobile emitter on her belt and tore it off.
"Sign this." Dread said handing her the slip. Caleerah was beyond her self with appreciation. Chyna had to help steady her hand so that she could do as the judge instructed.
"I hereby dismiss you to commence your community services immediately." Dread said turning about to leave.
"Oh and Chyna, you will be responsible for ensuring that she sticks to her parole, otherwise if you don't I will hunt you down and issue you a more rigid punishment. Am I making myself clear?" Dread asked Caleerah's lover.
"Oh Yes ma'am you're coming in very loud and clear." Chyna returned with a smile.
"Good..." Dread said, before leaving the
building.
Outside...
"So how did it go?" Carl asked Dread, curious as if she did or didn't actually sentenced Caleerah to a colony despite her efforts of saving his life and many others.
"I am a judge Carl and my primary responsibility is to make sure justice is served...I have done that? Now step away from my craft, I have other duties to fulfill. She said shoving him almost to the ground again and giving him a wink. Artfully revealing to her friend that her official shift had ended and she was heading home to take care of personal duties.
"Alright...I'll meet you there?" He shouted as Dread took to the skies with Ramona and Laney following close behind.
"Well, I wouldn't say that you'd be meeting her right
away." Caleerah said walking out the club smiling.
"My partner and I have a proposition for you. Are you free for the
rest of the evening?" She asked giving Carl a provocative smile.
(Jezzzus...this is my wish, two women.) Carl thought right before asking
her what did she have in mind.
A year later...
"Dread I keep telling you my name is "Carl," stop calling me dummy." Carl shouted over the voices that echoed around and about the castle convention room.
"Yeah...okay, dummy." Dread said hoisting her youngest daughter way up into the air, prompting her little transuleer to giggle uncontrollably.
"What have I told you about doing that," Gabrielle said pulling Ariel out of her playful mate's arms. "So Carl where are your rugrats?" Gabrielle asked with a chuckle. Having children that were part droid was wearing heavily on Carl...not to mention having two wives.
"Oh they're around here somewhere playing with Alaina. Do you know living with four females is an adventure all in it's own. Carl do this...Carl do that. What the hell was I thinking marrying two women?" he asked his friend right before gulping down his drink.
"You were thinking that you were the luckiest man in the world." Gabrielle said giving him a slap on his arm.
"Yeah you're right I was. And there goes one of my little minxes now." He said huskily before heading out behind Caleerah. Gabrielle laughed and looked out over their huge family.
They all congregated up at the castle for Ramona and Laney's wedding. Gabrielle never thought they'd take the plunge and say, "I do." But they did hence the big gathering they were having now.
Her and Dread had quailed again and now had two daughters. Caleerah, Chyna and Carl married shortly after he'd moved in with them. Gabrielle never imagined him with any woman, because he was so irritating at times, but their marriage would prove that love was a powerful thing. Carl was now the father of two energetic daughters and they each favored their mother but had Carl's bedroom eyes and his almost obnoxious demeanor. Gabrielle's new sister Lariel found her a very attractive transual accountant that worked down at justice hall with Dread, Ramona and Laney. Trina wasn't too pissed at Dread for walking away with one of her girls after Dread officially appointed her, along with a few of her other girls, aunts to our daughters.
As for momma, the villain behind the offender, her fate was not so fortunate. After her arrest she was sentenced to life in Faze Land Mental asylum where she attempted suicide and failed miserably. She is now serving out her time in the disabled unit of the hospital as a coma victim. The majority of her staff was sentenced right along with her...all except Rover, which Caleerah believed left momma's domain the same night that she did. No one knows...maybe another villain will arise in Momma's loyal canine...or will it.
THE END
PS...Whose to say...Maybe, I'll give ya a little bit of Dread every once and a while. I didn't know that the readers would take kindly to my warped thoughts, as an old acquaintance has referred to me before, but I'm glad you did. My friend Odie suggested I write a piece to the Dread Series once a month. She thinks it's an ongoing piece. What do you think? Write me, and let me know what you think of her idea. I might try to oblige'jah.
