INSPIRATION:
This auction has been a long time in the making!  A couple of years ago I had planned to hold an auction in honor of Judah Tapert's birth, but that never came to fruition thanks to my hectic schedule.  So I stockpiled the items many of you had graciously sent to me as donations and waited until the time was right.

Earlier this year, I was discussing the possibility of holding a local auction during "Xenites In Paradise", a joint effort that I participate in with my friends Cruise and Stoley at Club Uber 2000.  One thing led to another and here we are!  (Couldn't keep this limited to local bids with all the great prizes we have up for grabs, now could we? <BG>) 

AUCTION DURATION:
This auction will begin in the evening on Thursday, November 6, 2003 and end at 12:00 AM on Sunday, November 23, 2003 (Saturday night to Sunday morning).  All times are Eastern US.

HOW TO BID:
Bids should be sent via email to auction@forevaxena.com no later than 12 Midnight(EST) on Sunday, November 23, 2003.  Please include the item number(s), the amount(s) of your bid(s) and your mailing address.  NOTE:  You may use the direct BID links under each item for ease of placing bids.  (Bids will be updated on this site (at a minimum) every 24 hours until close of auction.)  If more than one (1) bid is placed for the same item at the same amount, the bid received first will be the official high bidder.  Please keep bids in at least $1.00 increments!

NOTE:  Your bid can only be considered received if you get a confirmation email AND you see it posted on the auction page!

WINNING BIDDERS INFO:
Winners will be announced on this site on Sunday/Monday, November 23/24, 2003 and will also be contacted via email.  Winning bidders will be responsible to pay for all shipping charges so that the entirety of the funds collected may be sent to the charities.  Accepted forms of payment are PayPal (bear in mind that we will lose some of your donation to PayPal's fees!), Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks---SORRY, no Personal Checks will be accepted for this auction.  Payments for items won MUST be made within two (2) weeks of auction close to ensure timely processing and shipping before Christmas.
